#世界安寧日

【🌎2018世界安寧日🌏 就是今天！！】

🔺🔺主題：Palliative Care – Because I Matter🔺🔺

每到十月第二個星期六（今年就是今天，10/13喲），全球凡發展安寧的國家、地區，都在世界安寧療護聯盟（Worldwide Hospice Palliative Care Alliance）的發起下，以不拘形式、規模的活動，傳達對安寧療護和善終的心願與堅持，共同喚起大眾對生命末期照顧的重視。

今年適逢安寧療護之母西西里．桑德斯女士（Cicely Saunders’）百歲誕辰，因而摘錄她詮釋安寧緩和醫療核心價值的名言：「❤️你是重要的，因為你是你。即使活到最後一刻，你仍然是那麼重要。❤️」訂定年度主題（以下為WHPCA官方中文翻譯)：

💟Palliative Care – Because I Matter💟
💟緩和醫療－ 因為我是重要的💟

希望透過這個主題，邀請大家一起來思考：
✅ I matter as a person (So why am I not getting the care I need?)　
　　我是人 – 作為獨立的個體，我是重要的 （但為什麼我不能得到我需要的照護？）
✅ What matters to me? (What do I need to live a dignified and full life?)
　　人生中什麼對我來說是重要的？（要過有尊嚴且圓滿的人生，我需要什麼？）
✅ Why does palliative care matter to me?
　　為什麼我該重視安寧緩和醫療？
