我覺得要看風向的話，看美國人的動作最準。

Wu Han Organization今天已經宣布了全球緊急事件，但在記者會上的說法，我已經不想按憤怒了，麻煩臉書創一個"白眼"的選項來讓我表達心情謝謝。

其中這一段更是一絕：

「我要強調：這個宣告 #不是對於中國投下不信任票，相反的，WHO持續對於中國控制疫情的能力保有信心」

你幫中國有這麼強的消毒能力，幹嘛不拿來對抗病毒?

Wu Han Organization現在的可信度已經跟范瑋琪的英文能力差不多了，我們還是來看看美國人的作法。

美國人除了撤僑，國務院也已經要求駐外人員以及家屬撤離。目前發布的指令是「授權離境」"Authorized Departure"。

美國對駐外單位的撤離指令有三種：

➡️Authorized Departure (授權離境)
➡️Ordered Departure (命令離境)
➡️Drawdown (最低限度營運)

基本上第一種跟第二種的結論都是要撤離，只是第一種讓非必要外交人員及家屬可以自願選擇離開，而且給駐外館長比較大的權限來決定以及調整人力。第二種就是命令一定要離開。

從第一種授權離境到第二種命令離境也是很常見的。

第三種比較嚴重，是駐外館處要開會，決定哪一些人一定要留下來做最低限度營運，因為再下一步就要撤館了。

美國國務院表示，之所以會做這個決定主要是考量到中國限制交通後造成後勤困難，以及難以獲得醫療資源。

簡單來說，就是 #中國不太能夠待了。

在春節期間，有許多從中國回來過年的台商以及台幹，這些人都是我們的親朋好友，我們應該要藉由美國人的智慧，請他們考量是否要在這個時候回去。

考量的點：

1️⃣醫療：這個不用說，大家心照不宣。

2️⃣資源：由於兩國的政府體系還有人民想法相差太多，這時候就要去想一想，如果過去中國，自己有能力弄到最基本的衛生保健資源嗎? 買得到口罩嗎? 甚至帶得過去嗎?

3️⃣交通：現在世界各國航空公司紛紛停止或減少飛往中國的班機，如果到時候進去了又想出來，買得到機票嗎?

4️⃣台灣人身分的特別性：假設去的地方被封城的，想要出來，你覺得自己有辦法出得來嗎? 看看那些在武漢的台商，想想中國不願讓台灣包機撤僑的政治考量，這時候對台灣人哪有什麼優惠呢?

長遠來說，假設疫情持續無法控制，或是要花上好一段時間控制，對於中國未來的經濟會有什麼樣的影響? 自己在那邊的資產以及生意，似乎也應該要考量一下了。

還記得嗎? 1/20號的時候，武漢市在深夜偷偷發了一個公告，說確診人數多了136人，當時是多大的新聞啊。到了今天(1/31)，死亡人數已經來到212人，確診也快要破萬了。

這世界上只有Wu Han Organization秘書長一個人可以對中國政府保持樂觀，你不行。

美國人做什麼，跟著做就對了。

對於Superb這款車而言，除了擁有俊俏的造型之外，對於性能的象徵意味其實挺濃厚的，除了頂級的4X4版本擁有280hp外，我們這次試駕的SportLine，在性能展現上便已讓人驚艷！

SportLine所搭載的引擎型號依然為EA888的2.0升四缸渦輪增壓引擎，這具引擎同樣配置於Golf GTI及Golf R上，只不過調校方式不同，因此採用較保守的220hp設定，然而扭力部分則與4x4相同，皆為35.7kgm。雖然本車採用前驅配置，但它輕催油門就能給人一種躍動感，甚至用狂暴來形容也不為過，即使在動態穩定系統未關閉的情況下，全油門加速驅動輪就會出現輕微空轉，只是隨後又被系統所抑制，但若解除循跡，排入S檔，踩住煞車及油門，起步轉速可以拉升至4000rpm，儀錶隨即進入彈射模式，在引擎的嘶吼聲展開的同時，轉速飆升至紅線區迅速換檔時，檔位嚙合瞬間，還會傳來輕微"碰"聲，隨即繼續展現強勁的爆發力，多趟實測0～100km/h最佳成績為7.0秒，且本車極速更得以上探245km/h！

【激情遊走】

雖然Superb Combi SportLine前麥花臣、後多連桿的懸吊結構不變，且沒有主動懸吊配置，但單阻尼的設計拿捏得恰道好處，能夠兼顧這款旅行車的實用性，劇烈操駕時，又能夠同時保有優異的支撐性，再加上19吋胎圈配置及縮短減震筒的設定，讓SportLine擁有相當鮮明的運動特質，而通過顛簸路面時，卻也不會出現彈跳或是讓人感到不適的碎震，在山道上奔馳，還有種俐落感。

雖然同樣採用MQB底盤配置，但Superb較長的軸距卻沒有在靈活度部分受到影響，相反地，還能保有優異的沈穩特質，尤其在EDL及XDS+電子主動限滑差速器的輔助下，轉向反應極其犀利，不管任何角度攻彎，電子系統皆能精準地箝制內側輪的轉速，減緩推頭，若循跡控制解除，提前出彎加速，還會出現輕微搶胎，帶點扭力轉向的激情，卻沒有絲毫搶胎導致的推頭，在給予駕駛者駕馭樂趣的過程，又巧妙地利用電子系統，將可能發生的危險解除，即便前驅捨定，也讓人開得很High!

Superb Combi SportLine是一輛很快、很帥的性能旅行車，能夠滿足的年齡層很廣，除了好開、好玩之外，還能兼顧安全與實用！和它相處的每個時刻，總讓我十分享受…過程中，我除了不愛它的啟動鍵位置及隱藏式尾管，其餘部分，會覺得這輛車，在煩悶的工作後，開著它旅行，人，也會變得開心！
