為何要做奶油品嘗？
我承認靈感來自紐約時報的影片，但當看到他們品嘗奶油時，很清楚的定義品項為Cultured Butte，也就是發酵奶油，這樣的品嘗就別有意義，因為標準很清楚。
但台灣市面上的奶油定義很凌亂。我認為「奶油」兩字應該指英文的Butter，也就是由牛奶製成的油品，植物製成的應該稱為乳瑪琳，也就是英文的Margarine。
但事實並非如此，目前市面上不論動物或植物的中文名都叫奶油，雖然會在標示處寫清楚，但我依然覺得不妥，既然是不同的食品，為何要擁有同樣的名字？同樣的情況出現在中國和香港，中國稱為黃油，香港稱為牛油。
或許有人會認為品嘗起來沒多大差異，因為所以，為了證明Butter不同於Margarine，我只好用最原始的方式證明，那就是自己下海一一吃過。
接著，再來決定怎樣抗議或建議改善。
