    助孕潤滑劑的迷思💡⁉️
    昨晚在床頭看到這支封塵了的Conceive Plus,讓我想起備孕期的一點回憶😂 這支助孕潤滑劑當時是在網店買的,大概$200左右,其實很貴😳 而且開封後最好3個月內用完,最多只捱到3個cycle😅
    還好我經期超準時,而我們在用後第2個cycle就成功了!這支助孕潤滑劑實際上係咪真係咁work就不得而知了,畢竟要懷孕也要很多方面的配合才成事⋯
    官方指這是一款對「丁丁」活動能力和存活能力無損害的人體助孕潤滑劑,詳細資料網上有不少呢,有興趣可以找找看。作為潤滑劑這款質地的確不錯👍🏻舒適感⬆️ 不過用咗都真係唔包生仔,還是要看個人體質的。
    Bingo的那一個月我有勤做運動,也因為天氣凍所以經常用暖水袋敷肚子⋯ 而且做功課是第一個採用大包圍方式去試驗的cycle😂(其實也只得幾天喇,生命來得很珍貴😭)
    也許助孕潤滑劑真的有一點點幫助吧,努力中的朋友也是一試無妨的。但使用期限3個月真的有點貴,我這支封塵的也要落入垃圾桶去了🙁

    .生蠔放題
    生蠔向來被視為壯陽聖品,不少男士在備孕時都瘋狂吃蠔為樂。
    ⚠️中醫小貼士:蠔含有的鋅是組成精子的重要成份之一,但中醫不鼓勵進食生冷食物,想吃蠔不妨煮熟來吃,但蠔其實沒有顯著的壯陽功效,適量進食就好。

    .滴雞精隨身
    不少人覺得懷孕前要「補身」,滴雞精成方便之選。
    ⚠️中醫小貼士:滴雞精是濃縮版燉湯,功效比普通雞湯更要滋補濃厚,較適合久病、氣血虛弱人士適量飲用。雞屬性偏熱,每天喝滴雞精當心補過頭,出現口乾、口苦、暗瘡等體質偏熱症狀。

    .薑茶日日灌

    .Raw oysters
    People treat raw oysters as aphrodisiac, and many men in particular would indulge in it while getting their female counterpart ready for pregnancy.
    ⚠️Tip: oyster contains zinc, which is an important component in sperms, but Chinese physicians do not encourage eating it raw and cold. Hence, it would be best to eat the cooked ones. Oysters are not exactly an excellent aphrodisiac, so do consume in an appropriate amount.

    .Chicken essence

    .Pork liver

    乳鴿 — 性平,具有滋補肝腎、扶助陽氣、補益氣血的作用,適合身體虛弱、腰膝酸痛、男子不育、女士習慣性流產食用。

    健脾益腎湯水小貼士:
    適當地添加健脾功效的食材如白扁豆、薯仔、茨實及益腎食材如黑木耳、蓮子、黑豆等。

    淮山栗子乳鴿湯
    功效:滋補肝腎,扶助陽氣,對脾胃虛弱、腰膝酸痛、不易受孕的情況有幫助。
    材料:新鮮淮山1根、栗子80克、花生30克、陳皮1角 、乳鴿1隻、瘦肉300克、杞子15克、蜜棗2枚
    做法:
    1. 所有材料洗淨,乳鴿、瘦肉汆水;淮山去皮切段,栗子去殼去衣備用。
    2. 鍋中加入2000毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

    Preparation:
    1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Blanche pigeon and pork, set aside. Peel Chinese yam and cut into pieces. Peel chestnuts.
    2. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hour. Add salt to taste.
