นั่นก็คือ 七草がゆ　nanakusa gayu
หรือข้าวต้มสมุนไพร 7 ชนิดนั่นเองค่ะ
ต้องกินตอนเช้าวันที่ 7 ม.ค.นะ

คนญี่ปุ่นปฏิบัติกันมายาวนานตั้งแต่สมัยเฮอัน (นานมาแล้วมากๆๆๆ)

ปัจจุบันนี้ก็ไม่ใช่ว่ากินกันทุกคนนะ เฉพาะคนที่ต้องการความเป็นทมงคล หรือแล้วแต่บ้าน เพราะไม่เห็นเพื่อนกินเลย 555 คงไม่มีเวลา

ผักสมุนไพร 7 ชนิด เรียกว่า 春の七草　haru no nanakusa เจ็ดสมุนไพรฤดูใบไม้ผลิ

จะเอามาทำเป็นข้าวต้ม เป็นกิจกรรมในช่วงวันที่ 6-7 ม.ค.
คือทำคืนวันที่ 6 กินเช้าวันที่ 7ค่ะ
เชื่อกันว่าเป็นการปัดเป่าวิญญาณร้าย และปัดเป่าโรคภัย

และอีกอย่าง ช่วงปีใหม่เราจะมีกินเลี้ยงกินอะไรกันเยอะใช่เป่า หลายๆวันติดกัน ดังนั้น เพื่อเป็นการให้กระเพาะพัก เขาก็เลยมีวัฒนธรรมการกินสมุนไพรทั้ง 7 นี้

สมุนไพรทั้ง 7 มีประโยชน์ต่อร่างกายมากมาย สรรพคุณต่างๆ เช่น ขับร้อน แก้พิษไข้ บำรุงร่างกาย ต่างๆ

ซึ่งทั้ง 7 นี้ประกอบไปด้วย

1.芹　seri　ผักชีญี่ปุ่น
2.御形　gogyou ชื่อภาษาอังกฤษ Cudweed
3.仏の座　hotoke no za ชื่อภาษาอังกฤษ Nipplewort
4.菘（蕪）　suzuna (kabu) หัวผักกาดฝรั่ง
5.薺　nazuna　ชื่อภาษาอังกฤษ Shepherd's Purse
6.繁縷　hakobera ชื่อภาษาอังกฤษ chickweed
7.蘿蔔（大根）suzushiro (daikon) หัวไชเท้า

▶材料 INGREDIENTS

米 Rice 1 cup
水 Water 3 cups
鹽巴 Salt
七草 7 herbs 1 pack

▶作法
① 將七草切好備用
② 洗好米加水、鹽巴煮沸（米：水=1:2.5）
③ 煮沸後關小火約15分鐘
④ 先放入蘿蔔，待3分鐘後加入其他5草、鹽巴、水
⑤ 準備愛吃的配菜，七草粥起鍋完成♡

Note:
① 煮粥途中記得常常關照攪拌以免粘鍋

🔴MY REVIEW: I’m positive impressed with this anti-ageing serum because after just a month of using it, I can see visible improvement in my skin. Absorbs nicely, goes on smooth. It seems to add moisture without adding any greasy feel. Well, it’s minimizing my lip lines. I do hope it continues to plump out some of my wrinkles.

🔴MY REVIEW: I really love this facial oil. I use this product as part of my night skincare routine. I put a few drops on my face and I love how soft my skin feels afterwards. It’s hydrating without leaving my skin feeling greasy. It’s giving my dry sensitive skin a little glow. Overall, the texture of my skin seems to improve with the use of this facial oil. Definitely a fan.

Hakobera : chickweed
Hotokenoza : Lamium amplexicaule(henbit)
Suzuna : turnip
Suzushiro : Japanese radish
I'm sorry if I mistake Nazuna and Hotokenoza in this video. They looks alike.
To tell the truth, I made almost same Nanakusa-Gayu last year, so I added Kame Turtle Mochi in it. I like toasting mochi, especially when it puffs up;)
