    以前曾經到過柬埔寨吳哥窟，但係金邊就係第一次踏足。今次並非旅遊而是以私人名義探訪慈善團體Cambodian Children’s Foundation 及欣賞MR Prumsodun Ok 帶領的NATYARASA團隊，表演快將失傳嘅柬埔寨傳統舞蹈Khmer Dance。
    可能因為探訪CCF的緣故，我們看到今邊堆填區貧苦的一面，但系如果作為一個旅遊地點，金邊的確係一個可以好悠閒咁去hea個週末嘅地方，因為酒店舒適但價錢便宜，比泰國曼谷可能平一半，D 服務體貼細心，個receptionist識講英文、普通話，廣東話、法文，當然有當地文及泰文啦！
    而食物也非常近似，價錢抵到唔信，去咗最貴嘅五星級酒店Raffles 個Elephant Bar 食lunch，點咗一杯特式雞尾酒加個炒金邊粉，都係US$20左右；晚餐去咗當地一間餐廳，Farm to Table，戶外座位仲有現場Live Band，雞尾酒都係US$5一杯，碟Pork Ribs都係US$12，仲要係非常好味道，真係抵！
    最後提提大家，出咗機場就有電話卡買，店舖有中文及英文，唔怕搵唔到，而且仲低至US$1 一日無限上網，所以唔洗喺香港買定電話卡，因為嗰邊買仲平！
