這道美食在蒙古絕對是經典，但今天介紹的這家是太太口袋名單中唯一一間做蒙古奶茶跟Buuz做的無話可說的餐館,好吃到菜品直接變店名「суутай цай цуйван」簡單來說就是蒙古奶茶跟炒麵🤣 這兩樣絕對是餐館的拿手菜

但今天太太外帶的而是банштай цай跟buuz
真的要好好介紹這道湯，有來過蒙古喝過蒙古奶茶的朋友們有時會不會感覺喝到一種半水半奶的那種奶茶水的感覺？這道湯完！全！不！會！而且非常濃郁，用高湯跟牛奶混合的湯頭，超好吃😭
Buuz皮不會太韌內餡飽滿多汁，說實話女孩子二擇一就可以了，因為實在太飽了

地址在UB city Hotel對面，togtokhtur Van路上

【很醜的Buuz】

好吧，太太要自爆其實對麵食很不擅長
尤其是蒙古Buuz有太多規矩要遵守
從揉麵、醒麵、備料、搓揉、塑形等等的
然後蒙古先生一直在旁邊干擾我🙄

🧑🏻「這個吼我教妳」-明明就是不會煮飯的人，很會發號施令

🧑🏻「妳把這個弄成這個大小」-一直嫌我弄得太小，我從來沒看過其他蒙古人把Buuz弄這麼大，完全就是你個人喜好吧…

🧑🏻「妳餡料吼要放這麼多才行」-然後完全爆炸滿包不起來

🧑🏻「妳看！我弄一個愛心形狀的Buuz皮給妳，妳不覺得我是個很浪漫的老公嗎？」-然後就出現了照片中最上面有S型的Buuz

因為明天太太要跟朋友聚餐，所以想做些Buuz打發他不要煩我，不過感覺有點失策🙄🙄
給他一弄完全不想包了，然後他現在在Freestyle把東西拿去做「自創品牌」的食物
