What did I do after work-
went cycling with my love-Louise Garneau(my pink bike) and went to swimming pool for practice swimming as usual.
今天下班之後我就和我的摯愛，我的粉紅色車車一起出去兜風，最後去游泳池練習游泳。
At the swimming pool, some aunties (who are very talented swimmer) were sharing their food (had a picnic) after a long distance swimming practice at "Steam Room" "secretly", which is so funny (I was also hungry and joined their picnic). Lol
在游泳池裡，有一些遊的飛快的中年阿姨在練習完游泳之後，竟然就聚集起來偷偷在游泳池中心裡的"蒸氣室"裡面"野餐"。肯定是游完泳肚子餓的原故，我最後也加入了"蒸氣室野餐"的行列。
we had self-made pineapple cake, small tomatoes, cheese steamed stuffed bun for picnic while chatting and exchanging swimming tips at the same time.
今天我們游泳完後，一起待在蒸氣室吃了阿姨自製的鳳梨酥、黃色小番茄、和起司內餡的包子當點心。並且同時邊吃邊聊著關於如何增進游泳效率的技巧問題。
Now, Those skillful aunties (around 50 years old) had become my model. Exercise is so necessary no matter how old you are.
現在這些阿姨一個個都變成我的學習典範了。運動真的是很重要阿!無論你幾歲，運動都能讓人變的年輕有朝氣。
