今天出現很誇張的 ＃紫外線燈殺菌 的問題新聞，讓人體去暴露在紫外光下，其實會有很多風險的，除了皮膚癌的風險以外，另外就是提早 ＃白內障 的風險。大家可能是覺得自己還年輕，心情還不定（誤），白內障不會找上你。其實沒好好保護好眼睛，很多眼科疾病都有機會提早上門啦！
對這類紫外線消毒產品，要再度強調三個重點：
1. 特定波長紫外線可以殺菌沒錯，但是光線強度要夠，照射時間也要夠長，通常要三十分鐘以上到數小時。就算強度夠，波長也對，你會在家門口站這麼久喔？

3.紫外線燈可以殺菌沒錯，但是對於有生物膜（biofilm)的污染源，效果就沒辦法太好。通常這只是輔助消毒的方式，還是要搭配其他環境消毒的方式，在家最簡單就是漂白水稀釋來消毒。
