Day223 #歓迎会 迎來上京的第一個歡迎會 因為目前的現場案子要結束了 下個月進入新的team做別的案子 不是換公司而是派遣工程師的日常 話說換派遣地會在前一個月開始進行媒合面談 當時面談就覺得leader和其他member都很親切 而且很喜歡開黃腔叫我不要在意 下週二就要進去了今天竟然被邀請...

    Recipe: Christian’s Thai Braised Beef Noodles
    (中文版本好快會Post)
    #sustainablemeat

    Recipe:
    1 featherblade of beef (any sustainable braising beef cut available)

    Braising Sauce
    12 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
    6 tablespoons dark soy
    6 tablespoons light soy
    8 tablespoons sugar
    300ml water


    Stir Fry:
    300-400g Flat Rice Noodles (Hor Fun)
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    3-4 cloves garlic, minced
    2-3 Bird’s eye chilies
    1/2 onion
    2 spring onions
    3-4 sprigs of fresh green peppercorns
    1 cup Thai Basil
    Fried garlic
    Fried onions


    1. Bring the featherblade to room temperature and gently sear all sides.
    2. Place in a large braising pot and then mix in the braising sauce and bring to a boil.
    3. Transfer the pot into an oven set at 125C and braise for 2 hours, turning half way through.
    4. Allow to rest when cooked before slicing.
    5. In a hot wok, fry the garlic, onions, chilies, some spring onions and Thai basil.
    6. Add the flat noodles and add some of the braising liquid as stir frying.
    7. Place in a plate and add some nice slices of featherblade.
    8. Serve with some fresh Thai basil, coriander, fried garlic and onions

    Chinese vanish from key tourist sites; Japanese also a no-show

    Tourist destinations normally heaving ( )with Chinese visitors have suddenly gone quiet as fears ramp up ( )over the new coronavirus outbreak.

    Japanese are also shunning ( )areas that traditionally attract large crowds for fear of becoming infected.

    On Feb. 11, a national holiday, tourists were out and about ( )in the narrow streets of the Tsukiji Outer Market in Tokyo’s Chuo Ward, but it was rare to hear Chinese being spoken. Usually, the area is packed with ( )tourists, but many restaurants had empty seats －even at lunch time.

    Hiroshi Tanabe, manager of a seafood barbeque ( )restaurant, said sales are down by 60 percent compared with ( )their peak ( ).

    "I pray the situation will return to normal by the cherry blossom ( ) viewing season," Tanabe, 39, said. "For now, we just have to put up with ( )it."

    很難得因為一般派遣是不太和其他成員私下互動的
    總之被告知我馬上說好！
    ...
    雖然有幾個會講中文
    但整個team有規定只能說日文
    還是一位中國leader規定的
    說要讓日本人知道我們在說什麼才公平
    這樣很好整個團隊的感情很不錯
    （不像現在的現場可能一天講不到三句日文）
    今天一整個就是各種嘴砲和滿滿的黃腔
    然後大家一直跟我說以後就是這樣
    ...
    今天約的餐廳是北海道的成吉思汗烤肉
    就是各種羊肉和各種酒
    他們叫我多吃一點下星期才能狂工作
    我怎麼有點期待呢？（抖M是我？）
