Tak usah cerita la babe..bangun tido mcm nak pecah kerongkong duk bersin..hidung ni kalau boleh cabut pastu akak bawak pergi spa cuci kejap, sental² mesti syok..nak dijadikan cerita, hari tu akak jumpa dgn seorang doktor & dia pon merupakan pakar herba..amik peluang la tanya oiii..sebab xtahan dah hidung ni gatal mcm apa..sampai sakit kepala akak..

Doktor tu sendiri ckp..kalau pergi hospital dia just bagi antibiotics untuk matikan kuman..tapi yela weh..sampai bila nak makan ubat hspital kan??doktor tu pon ajar akak..

amik sebatang kayu manis bakar dia then sedut asap tu..sedut guna lubang hidung korang tu..fuhhh mencabarr..sbb kayu manis ni boleh bertindak sbgai antiseptic semulajadi yg boleh membunuh kuman..si manis ni boleh mengeringkan lendir & bengkak resdung kita ni..mmg pedih tapi serious akak ckap lega sgt hidung..rasa kosong..nak bernafas pon senang..dah 4 hari akak amal buat ni..percaya x?? Bangun tido dah tak bersin😱😱
