    說到下犬 或是 Adho Mukha Savanasana。

    Annie Carpenter 說有很多種狗,一種是 Scary dog,也許腿後比較緊代償到下背,有點像夾尾巴一樣,對下背不好,最好是屈膝或是墊腳尖。

    但另一方面,有柔軟度特別好的,手伸直還不夠,壓胸,肩屈超過180,是的,他們做得到,但某一方面在心理方面,就是一種 "I am not Enough" 的表現,她說這叫做 Greedy dog,如果瑜珈要練到老,這個也許不是一個建議的深度。

    如何做到一個安全又剛剛好的體位是功課。

    體位法的表現,往往也是內心的反射,有時也許是莫名的執著,有時也許是想證明些什麼。
    但瑜珈從來不是特技比賽,每個人都有想努力的練習沒關係,但是心態很重要,#努力跟不執著的平衡,就是時時刻刻要不斷覺察跟學習的事啊。 Namaste~

    Finding the balance in everything we do. Last week I learnt to embrace the 5 yamas; ahimsa, satya, asteya, brahmacharya, aparigraha.
    What it also taught me was to step out of my comfort zone, that you’re not bound by the four corners of your mat, if you don’t have a mat (when traveling for work or just don’t have a mat-in general) you can still do yoga ?‍♀️ .
