朋友女兒誤闖下大禍，父视硬要拉她向其老闆賠罪：「道句歉啫，有咩咁大不了？你老竇我呢十幾年嚟，每日閒閒地都講十幾句sorry。」女兒哭說：「細個有同學話我出貓，老師唔信我，個個都唔信我，得你一個信我，你話冇做錯，千祈唔好認錯。點解依家你要迫我變成你咁樣？」這讓我想起偶然看過的一首新詩《請你原諒我不是你要的那種有用的人》：「我像腳步，我像我的腳步，追上公車，追逐捷運的嗶嗶，練習擁擠，擁擠假裝意義……」

現代孩子的壓力四方八面襲來，有父母不理藥物副作用，迫子女吃俗稱「考試藥」的ADHD(專注力失調及過度活躍症)藥，以提升孩子專注力、讀寫能力及IQ；有父母覺得子女比同齡孩子生得矮，不顧孩子要承受的痛楚，每晚替孩子注射生長激素。從事青少年工作20多年的李賢義牧師聽後劈頭說：「啊！當啲仔女係畜牲咁養。」

這亦是最近在親子群瘋傳的西班牙動畫短片《Alike》，要給人云亦云的父母們當頭棒喝的主題。故事講述，兒子對世界本來充滿美好及好奇，而每天營營役役工作的父親只能在擁抱兒子時才重拾丁點色彩，可父親卻在不知不覺間要求兒子變得和俗世人一樣，最後連兒子也失去色彩，大人和孩子的生活漸漸變得一樣的沒趣……

故事雖沒一句對白，卻在狠狠提醒我們：不要讓孩子的人生失去了顏色，不要逼孩子成為你要的那種人，更不要粗暴地剝奪孩子的生活。而我，只希望兒子做隻快樂而正直的小龜，不須贏在起跑綫，不用比兔子跑得快，只要在人生路慢慢地行走，享受沿途人與物一切的美好，毋庸旁人置評。

🔴[1-4] MY REVIEW: I love these palettes. Absolutely fantastic experience so far. I definitely love the cream colour palette. The colors are highly pigmented, I only need a tiny amount per use. I love the eyeshadow palette as well. Very pigmented and long lasting, perfect for dramatic looks and office wear alike. It’s nice to play around with the different colors and the texture is very good quality. As for the contour palette, I found some shades on the palette that match well with Asian skin and I love the way it looks when I get them blended in. I also love the radiance palette. It blends very well and I love the color assortment. High quality highlighter that matches every skin tone! Absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend these.

【鮭のチャーハン】
今日は鮭フレークを使ったお手軽チャーハンを作りました！これ、お手軽なのに想像以上に美味しく仕上がるのでめっちゃオススメ！
玉ねぎの甘みと鮭フレークの旨味、バターめんつゆ味が相性抜群で子供から大人まで大好きな味わい！
簡単ランチに冷蔵庫にあるもので何にしようかなって時に思い出していただけると嬉しいです！

〈材料〉2人分
ご飯 360g
玉ねぎ 1/4個
鮭 30g
卵 2個
めんつゆ(４倍濃縮) 小さじ2
バター 10g
ブラックペッパー 少々

Today, I made a recommended recipe "Sweet and Today I made a simple fried rice using salmon flakes! This is easy, but it's more delicious than I imagined, so I highly recommend it!
