AIT is pleased to announce that Consular Section representatives will be providing services in Yilan on Nov. 18 from 10-11:30 a.m. U.S. citizens applying for passports and anyone requiring the services of a notary public for U.S. purposes may come to the 3F, Yilan Public Library, located at No 53, Section 1, Minquan Rd, Yilan City. Appointments are not required. All payment for services must be made by local bank draft (Cashier’s Check) in U.S. Dollars (本地銀行的美金匯票). Cash will not be accepted.
