Có những bệnh nhân vết thương sau mổ bị chảy nước, lên mủ lâu ngày, lâu liền sẹo. Lại có những bệnh nhân Đái Tháo Đường có biến chứng hậu bối hay vết thương viêm loét, hủy hoại bàn chân.. Những bệnh nhân này dùng thêm Địa Long, vết thương mau lành, mau khỏi bệnh.
GIẢI THÍCH: ĐỊA LONG có tác dụng tăng tốc độ liền vết thương
Trong trường hợp chấn thương, nồng độ hiệu quả của các yếu tố tăng trưởng tại vết thương thấp nếu sử dụng các yếu tố tăng trưởng ngoại sinh tại vùng phát bệnh cục bộ thì có lợi cho việc hồi phục các mô bị tổn thương. Địa long có thể kích thích cơ thể sản xuất các yếu tố tăng trưởng và cung cấp chất dinh dưỡng để thúc đẩy sự phát triển của các mô này. Thí nghiệm trên mô hình vết thương trên động vật cho thấy, địa long có thể thúc đẩy sự tăng sinh của nguyên bào sợi trong mô hạt, làm gia tăng chức năng tổng hợp và tiết ra vật chất quan trọng khiến vết thương thu hẹp lại - actin, có lợi cho việc thu hẹp vết thương và thúc đẩy quá trình liền vết thương. Quan sát dưới kính hiển vi điện tử có thể thấy ở nhóm địa long các tế bào trong mô hạt phát triển mạnh mẽ.
Ngoài ra, Địa long khi phối hợp với các vị thuốc Đông y, Nam y còn cho nhiều bài thuốc quý, chữa nhiều thứ bệnh. Trong sách NHỮNG CÂY THUỐC VÀ VỊ THUỐC VIỆT NAM, GS TS Đỗ Tất Lợi có ghi nhiều bài thuốc có thành phần Địa Long, có công dụng chữa nhiều bệnh như Tai biến mạch não; Động kinh; xuất huyết lục phủ ngũ tạng, xuất huyết não; Hôn mê bất tỉnh kéo dài; phù tim; Bí đại tiểu tiện; Bụng báng trướng nước; Bạch đới khí hư nặng...; Và còn nhiều bài thuốc có Địa Long với nhiều tác dụng chữa bệnh khác nữa..

【主動不足（active insufficiency）】
.
當肌肉長度在「過度縮短」的位置，會使肌肉能「主動出的力減少」，這樣的現象我們稱為主動不足（active insufficiency）。因為肌肉的收縮，是倚賴肌凝蛋白（myosin）跟肌動蛋白（actin）的結合，我們稱為橫橋（cross bridge），橫橋（結合）的數目越多，能產生的力越大。當肌肉處在過短的位置，會使肌凝蛋白跟肌動蛋白彼此蓋住，所以形成的橫橋會較少。

這也是為什麼，許多動作跟姿勢，肌肉會處在相對「中間」的位置，稱為肌肉的休息長度（muscle resting length），既不是縮短、也不是拉長，因為能形成的橫橋是最多的。

🔸 生活的應用
因此大多數人，提著重物時，手肘會不自覺地彎曲到90度、呈一個直角，因為這是肱二頭肌（biceps brachii）的休息長度，能主動產生的力最大。

🔸 訓練的應用
訓練中，「同一個動作下，可能用許多肌群」，如果想要著重在其中一個肌群，可以將其他肌群擺在較短的位置，來減少他們的使用。例如橋式（Bridging）可以同時用到臀部跟大腿後側肌群，若傾向用更多臀部肌群，會透過增加膝關節的彎曲角度，使大腿後側肌群處在較短的位置，來達到主動不足。

最近風聲鶴唳，帶孩子看病變成一件困難又危險的事情
這邊想要給父母們一些參考用的資料
希望有些幫助。

✅何時考慮帶孩子做COVID19篩檢？
當孩子有確定群聚(例如班上有人確診、家族成員確診、生活環境接觸較多人)及有相關症狀時(例如咳嗽、發燒、腹瀉、嗅覺味覺異常)請考慮做相關篩檢。

✅若孩子是確診者，要注意什麼？
目前COVID19在孩子造成症狀較為輕微，大部分類似普通感冒或腸胃炎，但極少數會產生需要插管急救的重症。
孩子常常是傳染給家中長輩或是孕婦的來源，家裡也須做好感控處理。

✅當孩子僅有輕微上呼吸道症狀，但沒有相關接觸史？
先說目前接觸史是相當不可靠的，因為進入到社區感染後，足跡調查只能當作參考用，若有疑慮還是應該做相關篩檢。
但是我們可以先分辨一下孩子症狀跟往前過敏症狀是否類似，可先使用手邊藥水(下文有詳細解釋)
如果出現出現 #咳嗽伴隨雜音、 #喘嗚、 #持續黃膿鼻涕
都應該就醫處理。

✅當孩子發燒的時候做哪些觀察和處理？
第一步請先確認「#精神、 #活動力、 #食慾」有沒有變化，如果有請就醫
第二步請確認有無併發「#抽蓄、 #四肢暗色紫斑、 #四肢發黑 」 如果有請就醫
如果都沒有
大部分兒童發燒都是病毒感染為主，可以症狀治療為主
少部分併發細菌感染需考慮使用抗生素
如果發燒 #超過三天、 #活動食慾差、 #持續嘔吐、 #尿味混濁變深、 #淋巴腺異樣腫大
還是需要考慮就醫。

✅常用備藥怎麼使用？
🟥常用退燒藥物
安佳樂(Antiphen, Acetaminophen):可用(體重kg/2)cc，同一種退燒藥間隔六小時使用
伊普芬(Ibuprofen)馬蓋先(Macsafe):可用(體重kg/2~4)cc，若安佳樂無法退燒間隔一小時可使用，同一種退燒藥間隔六小時使用，與塞劑視為同種退燒藥
塞劑(Voren):可用(體重/12.5)/顆，例如體重10公斤可用0.8顆，一次最多一顆

🟧常用症狀藥水
希普利敏(Cypromin):第一代抗組織胺，可用於水性鼻涕、過敏性咳嗽、或是過敏發疹，可用(體重kg/4)cc一天三次，副作用容易嗜睡、部分孩子會亢奮。
鼻福(Peace)、亞涕(Actin): 內含第一代抗組織胺及交感神經興奮劑，可緩解鼻塞鼻水，可用(體重kg/4)cc, 一天三次，跟希普利敏效果類似不需共用。
勝克敏液(Cetirizine)，第二代抗組織胺，不容易造成嗜睡，可長期使用，長效類型可一天用1~2次就好。
必達米瑞液(Butamirate):止咳化痰藥，可用於緩解咳嗽症狀，可用(體重kg/4)cc, 一天三次。
息咳寧(Secorine):複合式感冒藥物，可用於一般上呼吸道症狀3~5天，可用(體重kg/4)cc一天三次，有許多成分與其他感冒藥相似，故可先單用。
舒痰液(Soltan):化痰藥，可用於帶痰上呼吸道症狀，可用(體重kg/5)cc一天三次。

🟨溫馨提醒
原裝的藥水在未開封時請放在避光室溫，可以置放到瓶身標示的有效期限。
但是開封過的藥水，需於一個月內使用完喔。
大人用的咳嗽藥水有些含有類鴉片類藥品不適用於小兒，請多注意!!!
