ミルクレープとクレープ包みにした欲張りなメロンのミルクレープ包み
メロン以外のフルーツでも◎


【材料】
・薄力粉　50g
・グラニュー糖　15g
・牛乳or豆乳　150g
・全卵　2個
・ウイスキー(あれば)　3g
(しっかりめのクレープにするならバターを足し薄力粉を増量する)

・生クリーム　150g
・グラニュー糖　12g
(ここにもウイスキーを加えても○)

・メロン　適量

【準備】
・薄力粉はふるって使う
・メロンの果肉を薄切りにし、飾り用もカットしておく

【作り方】
1. 【クレープ】ボウルに薄力粉50gをふるい入れてグラニュー糖15gを混ぜ、牛乳or豆乳150gを少しずつ混ぜる(ブレンダーでなめらかにするなら逆から加えていってもOK)
2.　よく溶いた卵2個・あればウイスキー3gも混ぜ、濾してラップをし冷蔵庫で半日ほど寝かせる
3.　薄くバターをひいて熱したフライパンに生地を薄くのばし両面焼く(26cm×1枚・14cm×5枚～、14cmくらいのフライパンがなければ一番小さいフライパンで焼いて型で抜くか切り抜く)
4. 【組み立て】生クリーム150g・グラニュー糖12gを合わせて8分立てにする
5.　26cmのクレープを下に敷いて中心に生クリームを少しのせ、14cmのクレープ→生クリーム→メロン→生クリーム→14cmのクレープと重ねていく
6.　5～6cmの高さになったら側面にも生クリームを塗り、26cmのクレープの周りに切れ込みを入れ包むように折りたたむ
7.　ひっくり返してお好みでデコレーションして出来上がり

[Ingredients]

[How to make]
1. [crepe] Sift 50 g of weak flour into a bowl and mix in 15 g of granulated sugar, then add in 150 g of milk or soy milk little by little (If you want to make it smooth with a blender, you can add it from the reverse side.).
2. Mix in 2 well beaten eggs and 3g of whiskey if you have it. Strain it, wrap it and leave it in the fridge for half a day to 1 day.
3. Thinly spread the dough and cook both sides in a heated pan with butter (26 cm x 1 sheet, 14 cm x 5 sheets or more. If you don't have a frying pan of about 14 cm, fry it in the smallest frying pan and cut it out with a mold.).
4. [assembly] Mix 150 g of whipping cream and 12 g of granulated sugar and whip it for 8 minutes.
5.Spread a 26 cm crepe on the bottom and put a bit of whipped cream on the center. Layer it with a 14 cm crepe → whipped cream → melon → whipped cream → 14 cm crepe.
6.When it becomes 5 ~ 6 cm high, spread the whipped cream on the side too. Make a cut around the 26 cm crepe and fold it as if wrapping it.
7. Flip it over and decorate it if you'd like and it will be complete.
