Tác giả giải thích rằng khi bạn cảm thấy thôi thúc phải thực hiện một mục tiêu, trái tim của bạn đang cố gắng nói với bạn rằng có điều gì đó bạn cần phải làm.

    Nếu bây giờ bạn muốn học một cái gì đó mà đang chần chừ, hãy thử đếm 5s và cố bật dậy ngay lên bàn học lun, xem sao nha.

    2. “The subtle art of not giving a f***” - Nghệ thuật của việc đếch quan tâm của Mark Mansion

    Đây là quyển sách bán chạy của New York Times, mình rút ra được vài ý cơ bản như:
    “Maturity is what happens when one learns to only give a f*ck about what’s truly f*ck-worthy.”: trưởng thành là khi một người học được việc chỉ quan tâm những việc thực sự đáng được quan tâm

    Có thất bại thì mới học và phát triển được. Nỗi sợ thất bại là kẻ thủ lớn nhất.
    Khi đã làm tốt ở một việc, thì cố gắng làm tốt ở việc khác, việc khác nữa, việc khác nữa nữa.
    Ưu tiên những giá trị mình quan tâm trong cuộc sống vì giá trị đó quyết định bản chất vấn đề ta gặp phải và vấn đề ta gặp phải quyết định chất lượng cuộc sống này.

    3. “Rich dad poor dad" - Cha giàu cha nghèo của Robert T.Kiyosaki

    Tập đầu tư vào bản thân: học hỏi liên tục, làm việc và kết nối với những người có chuyên môn cao.     ボリューム満点の小倉トーストを熱々濃厚なコーヒーで流し込む！愛知県名古屋市『BUCYO COFFEE ブチョーコーヒーカコ』に初訪問！名古屋駅から徒歩で約10分強にある百名店にも選ばれたお店です。名古屋といえば喫茶店、モーニングというイメージが定着するほど、他の地域にはない独特の喫茶店文化があります。ブチョーとは店主のあだ名が由来だそうで、丸い形のカイザーパン(通常のトーストもあります)に店主のお母さんが炊く甘さ控えめの小倉がたっぷり乗った“小倉カイザー”と自家焙煎した濃いコーヒーが同店の看板です。とても美味しかったですし、レトロで可愛い雰囲気の店内はかなりインスタ映えするので、若い方も数多く訪れていました。ロイドごはんでは珍しい⁈名古屋名物の喫茶店、早速ご覧ください！

It is one of the 100 famous stores located about 10 minutes on foot from Nagoya Station. Nagoya has a unique coffee shop culture that is not found in other areas, so that the image of coffee shop and morning is firmly established. It seems that Bucho is derived from the owner's nickname, "Ogura Kaiser" with plenty of low-sweetness Ogura cooked by the owner's mother on a round Kaiser bread (there is also a normal toast) and strong coffee roasted in-house.
