    每當我做這燉香菇，客人總是要寫下食譜，我只告訴他們怎麼做，都很驚訝，做法超簡單，但是味道真豐富，有高級餐廳的感覺，香噴噴入味的香菇我真喜歡。當開胃菜，小菜，跟肉或豆腐配菜都很適合，當你做菜時，只要把材料放在鍋裡煮一下自己完成的好菜，你也快來試試看吧。
