Spin Paint House took our breaths away the other day 🌈👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

It was our first experience with spin art and we were instantly hooked on this super therapeutic, warm and relaxing session. Everyone of us turn into a unique artist as soon as we enter Spin Paint House, every piece has its own personality in its own way, there’s no mistakes, all we did was just focus on having fun 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Besides getting to embrace our inner creativities together as a family that loves art, what I love most are the expressions of delight and excitement on Elma and Maesa faces, they were shrieking and laughing so much and wanted to be there all day 🧑🏻‍🎨👩🏻‍🎨 I also love that they uses non toxic paint to keep our little ones safe and are water soluble to protect our clothings too.

Some women are skeptical when talk about lubricant and sex. I mean I don't blame them as I also skeptical at first when my partner introduce it to me. SILICONE CÓ HẠI CHO TÓC?
(bài dài nhưng Na nghĩ bổ ích, các nàng đọc nghen)

Silicone là một thành phần rất phổ biến trong các sản phẩm làm tóc. Đa số sản phẩm tóc mà chúng ta đang dùng đều có chứa chất này. Công dụng chính của silicone là làm mượt tóc, giảm xù và gỡ rối tóc, giúp tóc thêm bóng sáng, bảo vệ nhiệt và khóa ẩm, …Bởi vậy khi sử dụng sản phẩm có thành phần này thì cảm giác của người dùng rất thích, nên các thương hiệu hay cho nó vào. Tuy nhiên, cũng có rất nhiều ý kiến trái chiều về silicone, nói là dùng lâu ngày sẽ hại tóc, làm xẹp tóc, gây đứt gãy và tổn thương đến tóc và còn hại môi trường. Vậy đây có phải là một thành phần mà chúng ta nên tránh hay không?

Thật ra silicone cũng có silicone this silicone that. Có loại dùng hư tóc, còn có loại dùng tốt, Na chia sẻ thêm về silicone bên dưới để các nàng hiểu sâu hơn nha.

Trước khi trả lời cho câu hỏi này, các nàng cần phân tích rõ là có 02 loại silicone cần biết trên thị trường:

1. Silicone không tan trong nước (Non-Water-Soluble Silicones):
Đây chính là loại silicone đầy ‘tai tiếng’ vì không tan trong nước và xuất hiện ở rất nhiều sản phẩm chăm sóc tóc. Nếu sử dụng loại silicone này trong thời gian dài sẽ tích tụ dần, làm nặng sợi tóc, gây đứt gãy và ngăn các hoạt chất tiếp xúc với tóc, giảm hiệu quả của việc làm các dịch vụ kỹ thuật trên tóc như nhuộm và uốn. Nếu muốn loại bỏ lớp silicone này, các nàng cần sự trợ giúp của các chuyên gia và sử dụng đến loại dầu gội làm sạch sâu.

2. Silicone tan trong nước (Water-Soluble-Silicones):
Loại silicone này có thể dễ dàng gội sạch ra khỏi tóc nhờ nước. Các nàng có thể xem thành phần thấy các gốc của Dimethicone Copolyol hay Amodimethicone là em nó đó nha. Loại silicone này không tích tụ nhiều và gây bí tắc cho sợi tóc, tránh được các tình trạng khiến sợi tóc bị đơ và đứt ngang thân. Loại silicone này thân thiện hơn với tóc và môi trường, tuy nhiên, nó thường có giá thành cao các loại khác, nên thường chỉ các dầu gội cao cấp, hoặc các sản phẩm chuyên nghiệp mới dùng. ĐÂY LÀ LÝ DO MÀ NA KHUYÊN CÁC BẠN NẾU CÓ ĐIỀU KIỆN THÌ HÃY DÙNG DẦU GỘI CAO CẤP/CHUYÊN NGHIỆP.

Tóc của chúng ta mỏng manh, lớp biểu bì bên ngoài bao gồm các tế bào chồng lên nhau như vảy cá. Nếu tóc bị hư tổn, lớp biểu bì của tóc có xu hướng bị bong ra, hoặc không thể xếp chồng lên nhau nên nhìn sẽ không bóng mượt. Silicone tạo thành lớp phủ mỏng ngăn vảy biểu bì bong ra, đồng thời làm cho tóc chắc khỏe hơn, chống gãy rụng và rối. Vậy nên nếu dùng đúng loại silicone thì thật ra cũng hỗ trợ dưỡng tóc nghen.

Đối với bạn nào quan tâm đến môi trường thì Na cũng xin chia sẻ như sau:
Về kỹ thuật, silicone không thực sự có thể phân hủy sinh học. Nhưng chúng có thể phân hủy trong môi trường và trở lại thành silica (cát), carbon dioxide (CO2) và nước. Ví dụ, dimethicone trong các sản phẩm chuyên nghiệp không thể phân hủy sinh học, nhưng nó chủ yếu bị loại bỏ trong xử lý nước thải và phân hủy khi tiếp xúc với đất sét và trầm tích. Nó không tan trong nước, vì vậy sau một thời gian nó sẽ chạm vào đất sét hoặc trầm tích và phân hủy – mà không cần bất kỳ sự can thiệp nào của các sinh vật sống.

Khi chọn mua sản phẩm cho tóc, hãy để ý kỹ gốc của silicone trong thành phần. Với đa số các sản phẩm chuyên nghiệp, thành phần sẽ chứa các loại silicone ‘có lợi’ tan được trong nước hay phân hủy được, nên các nàng hoàn toàn yên tâm về độ thân thiện lâu dài đối với sức khỏe tóc và môi trường.

L’Oreal Professionel là thương hiệu tóc chuyên nghiệp và cao cấp, nên các thành phần silicone họ sử dụng đều là loại tan trong nước, nên sẽ tốt hơn cho cả tóc mình và môi trường. 【アイスクリームパイ】
