全國第一個「雙語教育區域資源中心」9月27日在 國立中山大學 National Sun Yat-sen University（NSYSU）揭牌！今年三月在教育部與美國在台協會於中山大學舉辦的 #台美教育倡議 雙語教育研討會 中，部長潘文忠宣布於中山大學設立雙語教育培訓基地，歷經數月籌備，周一由教育部、中山大學、 文藻外語大學 Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages、美國在台協會、 Fulbright Taiwan 學術交流基金會及高雄市教育局共同見證揭牌典禮。

中山大學與文藻外語大學將攜手，分別協助區域內一般大學與技職大學提升英語授課水準，同時爭取 #美國國務院線上專業英語網絡計畫（Online Professional English Network Program）、#傅爾布萊特英語教學助理╱專家計畫，及擬訂外籍學位、交換及華語生至中小學教學訓練計畫等，冀望廣納各方資源，提高英語教學及學習成效。

🎉AIT attended the plaque unveiling ceremony of the Southern Regional Resource Center for Bilingual Education at the NSYSU on September 27 The Center was initiated and funded by the Ministry of Education (MOE) as a follow-up to the U.S.-Taiwan Education Initiative Symposium jointly organized by the MOE and AIT on March 29 at NSYSU, aimed at sharing resources promoting English as a medium of instruction (EMI) among universities and technological and vocational universities in Kaohsiung, Pingtung, and Taitung. AIT supports the Center’s efforts through the Department’s English-language programming, including the Fulbright Specialist and Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) programs, as well as the OPEN (Online Professional English) program.

Overview:
Malaysia's tertiary, TVET and higher education system has been battered by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic which has affected not just finances and student numbers but the very foundations of the mission, vision and values of the system.

Do Malaysian universities deliver on their core mission? What is that mission? Do students get a fulfilling experience that equips them for life or even the future of work? Are academics respected, well prepared and supported in their mission?

What alternative models are available and how can the Malaysian tertiary, TVET and higher education system be reformed to face the future?

This webinar by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Malaysia will bring together thought leaders in Malaysian higher education and TVET along with graduates who have recently experienced alternative systems to share their views on the future of work and education and the possibilities of reform.

懐かしのあの味、よく食べていた味噌ラーメンを久しぶりに食べてみた！東京都新宿区西早稲田『えぞ菊戸塚店』に伺ってきました。こちらは早稲田大学をはじめ多くの専門学校や学校がある学生街の中にある味噌ラーメンのお店で、マコが昔この界隈に住んでいた頃にたまに伺っていたそうです。味噌ラーメンといえば、一番有名な北海道を筆頭に全国に名店があり、その作り方も様々です。濃厚な味噌の味わいにバターやコーンなど子どもが喜ぶトッピングも合うので、より幅広い層から愛されるラーメンとも言えるかもしれません。久しぶりに食べた懐かしい味わい、、早速動画をご覧ください！

I tried the nostalgic taste of miso ramen, which I used to eat, for the first time in a while! I visited "Ezogiku Totsuka store’’ in Nishiwaseda, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. This is a miso ramen shop in the student district where many vocational schools and schools, including Waseda University, are located. It seems that Mako used to visit this area once in a while. Speaking of miso ramen, there are famous stores all over the country, including the most famous Hokkaido, and there are various ways to make it. The rich miso flavor goes well with toppings such as butter and corn that children will love, so it can be said to be a ramen that is loved by a wider range of people. 高田馬場、懐かしの定食屋へ！東京都新宿区『一膳』にお邪魔してきました。高田馬場は早稲田大学をはじめ学習院女子大学やその他専門学校、予備校がひしめく学生の街です。古くからの学生街には安い定食屋がたくさんありますが、今回伺ったのは昔高田馬場に住んでいた頃によく立ち寄った定食屋。あの頃と変わっていない雰囲気、コスパの良さは健在で、懐かしい気持ちで親子丼とナスの豚味噌炒めを食べてきました。お腹も心もいっぱいに。それでは早速動画をご覧ください！

To Takadanobaba, a nostalgic set meal shop! I visited "Ichizen" in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. Takadanobaba is a student town full of Waseda University, Gakushuin Women's University, other vocational schools, and preparatory schools. There are many cheap set meal shops in the old student district, but this time I visited the set meal shop that I used to stop by when I lived in Takadanobaba. The atmosphere hasn't changed from those days, and the goodness of cospa is alive and well, and I ate oyakodon and fried eggplant with pork miso with a nostalgic feeling. Full of stomach and heart.
