How can we be free to chat mindlessly about travel plans watching from a distance as 3,500 miles away people are literally clinging from planes to get to freedom? As a female with a career, friends, the ability to pop out to the shops or have a coffee on a whim it is unthinkable to imagine that right being taken away. Struggling to absorb myself in the usual silly cat videos and fun travel reels knowing that people may not even be free to listen to music. I feel helpless but I can only suggest donating to charities such as: @womenforafghanwomen @britishredcross @refugeeaction @chooselove @refugeesintl and keep sharing what we can to raise awareness.
