Today "9th April" is the folk song's day♪(Whoa! Is this only in Japan?😅)
I did a cover of Alice's "The roadside tree knew".
This song is included in 5th album "Alice V".

Although my unskilled playing and singing, I hope this video will help for your guitar cover.
Thanks my friends!

Thank you so much for watching!
I did a cover of Motohiro Hata's "The words which I want to tell you".
This is included in his 1st album "Contrast".
Playing and singing while to be keeping the groove was so hard.
Even in his songs, I think that challenge level of this song is high.
Especially, the chord of hook "The words which I want to tell you~" is bit tough to playing.
I think it's hard for those who are not used to it, so I recommend that you practice this part with slowing down the musical tempo.
Although my unskilled playing and singing, I hope this video will help for your guitar cover.
Thanks my friends!

There are New Channels of Provision for You
No matter how you are receiving your daily provision, whether it’s by your parents, working a job or business, investing, or sponsored, you need to know that these are all channels, not the source.
In a drainage basin, the source of water is rain from the sky. The water collects at an elevated area and then flows down to lower areas.
God is the heavenly source of all provision. He can use people as channels to distribute provision, but everything good comes from Him. Never treat your parents, boss, sponsor, clients, or the stock market as if they are the source.
God provided for Elijah at the brook Cherith for a season, but that brook eventually dried up. God did not abandon Elijah after that. God told him that He had prepared a new channel of provision “there” in Zarephath.
“Then Yahweh’s word came to him, saying, “Go away from here, turn eastward, and hide yourself by the brook Cherith, that is before the Jordan. You shall drink from the brook. I have commanded the ravens to feed you there.” So he went and did according to Yahweh’s word; for he went and lived by the brook Cherith that is before the Jordan. The ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning, and bread and meat in the evening; and he drank from the brook. After a while, the brook dried up, because there was no rain in the land. Yahweh’s word came to him, saying, “Arise, go to Zarephath, which belongs to Sidon, and stay there. Behold, I have commanded a widow there to sustain you.”” (1 Kings 17:2-9 WEB)
When one channel dries up, you can be sure that God has another flowing towards you. You don’t have to stand at the dried-up brook and cry. Just receive your new channel of provision based on where God leads you to. Be prepared for change because nothing stays exactly the same in this world.
“But I don’t see any way this can happen. I know no one and no one knows me. How can any help possibly reach me?” Well, God knows you.
Even if you are stuck in the driest desert wilderness, He can make rivers run through it to reach you. He can go through all obstacles to save you.
““Don’t remember the former things, and don’t consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. The animals of the field shall honor me, the jackals and the ostriches; because I give water in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen, the people which I formed for myself, that they might declare my praise.” (Isaiah 43:18-21 WEB)
I know that this year has been difficult for many people, and that many of you experienced your brook drying up. However, God has a new channel of provision waiting for you to step into.
Earlier this month, a new waterfall burst forth in the wilderness in Israel. I believe that it is a sign that God is pouring out new channels of provision for His people who are experiencing difficult situations. Not just natural provision, but also of His gifts, anointing, wisdom and power!
To prepare for the new channel of provision, expect something fresh in 2021. Be open to new ways of doing things, and be flexible as led by the Holy Spirit. Even in completely new roles that you’re completely unskilled and inexperienced in, do not be afraid because God will fill the gaps by His anointing upon you. God will feed you—His chosen and sanctified one. Give Him praise!
We must be flexible to Spirit-led change. Understanding God’s times and seasons is the key to being fruitful and full of faith in every moment of life: https://bit.ly/god-appointed-time

Do Higher Wages Mean Higher Standards of Living?
A recent macroblog post used Atlanta Fed Wage Growth Tracker data to observe that the hourly wage of the lowest-paid workers has rebounded ( ) in recent years after declining for a decade.
The chart below depicts ( ) this finding, showing the median ( ) hourly wage ( ) of the lowest-paid ( ) 25 percent of workers in the Tracker sample relative ( ) to the median for all workers.
Moreover, the post showed that this recovery was not just a story about states and localities ( ) increasing their minimum wages. It also appears that there has been a significant tightening in the labor market for unskilled or low-skilled jobs.
Taken at face value, this is good news for workers employed in low-wage jobs.
But here's the rub ( ): the median wage in the first quartile ( ) is still low—$11.50 in 2019, or 55 percent of the overall median wage.
Moreover, these are hourly wages before taxes and transfers ( ).
They don't represent what is happening to these workers' ability to make ends meet ( ), which depends crucially on income after taxes and transfers.
For households at the bottom of the income distribution, means-tested ( ) transfers can play an especially important role.
The size of the transfers tends to decrease as earnings ( ) increase, and they stop altogether when a worker exceeds income- and asset-eligibility thresholds ( ).
The interaction between changes in earnings and various means-tested public assistance programs is an important public policy issue, and it is one that staff at the Atlanta Fed are studying.
