2020-09-20 21:00:01A brand new Shiny Pokemon is released during this month’s Community Day as Porygon has been the top voted Pokemon for this event. As Porygon is a rather rare Pokemon to see on regular days, its understandable why many people decided to vote this as the Community Day Pokemon. As such, we went to hunt for the Shiny Porygon while completing the special research too, but giving myself an extra challenge along the way too.

一直不知道手持BNO和他去了英國，才知道他可以那麼小男人。
你明白，與他連根拔起，帶着有限的積蓄來到英國，買一層單位收租，另買一公寓自住，安頓之後，發現生活要一點規劃，有待克服，總似有一點生活靠食穀種的恐懼。
Yes, 用錢不會有如在香港那麼忘我，it’s all understandable. 然而你有時也提醒他：不必太擔心，英國超級市場的物價很便宜，我們不缺錢，一切OK。
然而那天在曼徹斯特，當你們發現一座停車場，他準備駛入，他先是停車看着收費表，面有疑色。你催促再三，他不情願地開進。忽然有令人驚喜的重大發現：停車場的閘自動升起，原來不知發生了什麼機制故障，該場有一張告示：竟然宣布免費，直至另行通知。
他看到此一告示，竟然開心大叫一聲，面上露出嬰兒一樣的快樂笑容，久久不散。
吓？Come on，James ，使唔使開心到咁？
他不斷說：wow，英國真好，原來如此有人情味，竟然有停車場主動免費，那麼我們可以把車泊在這裏一整天，省回至少十鎊。港幣兌英鎊十元多，即今日獲利一百一十元。
然後James 他開始喋喋不休聲討香港地產霸權下的停車場，時租已貴達四十元，而且若有故障，寧願封閉，絕對不會免費益街坊。彷彿移居英國，又找到了一個心安理得的理由。
你靜靜地聽着，不想掃他的興，因為畢竟才剛來了兩個月。但是他此刻的歡欣雀躍是那麼的小男人，與你認識的在香港同居了十年的他，突然發現，判若兩人。
尤其第一次他約會你，在香港君悅的 One Harbour Road，你在餐牌上自由選擇，他完全沒有皺眉頭，還主動揮手多叫了一支2005年的Cabernet Sauvignon。以他做Sale士的收入、不算太過豪奢，他沒有扮富豪，而因此你很convinced ，他對數目不是那麼斤斤計較的人。
以後住在一起，對於房租、水電賬單，共用的信用卡數，在香港，確實他也沒有多看一眼。
但是為什麼來到英國之後，他幸運地得到一天免費泊車，高興得像中了六合彩二獎，對於錢，會變成了另一種眼界？
傳說華人移民加拿大，因為恐懼坐食山空，會非常計較唐人街那一家菜館同一價錢叉燒會多兩塊、套餐的白飯任意免費添加。據說這是一個香港人移民變成加燦的過程。
而BNO是否一帖將一個魅力中環港男逐漸變為「英燦」的催化劑？
如果是，那麼OMG，你們還要面對5+1漫長的近六年。
你只有從positive 處想：他得到泊車優惠的這個笑容，是多麼的純真，至少這一刻，他省了這一百元，由衷的感到快樂。而他的快樂，也就是你的快樂。
那天的曼城下着微微細雨，天空很灰冷，但他這幾天的面色的陰霾卻一掃而空，展現出少見的陽光。對於一個停車場、芝麻開門地magically 顯現了他性格本色的這個英國，這一刻，你感受很複雜，不知道該埋怨還是該感激。

When I first told the wifey I wanted to run a Full Marathon, she was worried. But mostly pissed. 😆 Cos she was afraid I push myself too hard, and something bad might happen. Well, that was totally understandable.
But truth is, this is the fittest I have ever felt in all my 40+ years. Yes, even fitter when I was in TAF Club in Sec Sch, even fitter when I had to serve NS earlier because I failed my NAPFA test, even fitter when I was close to 100kg when I got married. So it’s really all or nothing NOW, in case it goes downhill from here. 😅
And that was why I ran 42.36km. Erm, I overshot the distance by a bit because towards the end, my tired mind couldn’t function at all and I wasn’t sure if the distance was 42.195km or more. So I just ran more to be sure. Lol.
The whole ordeal took me about 2.5 days to recover but the experience was worth it. Towards the end, it was basically sheer mental strength that pulled me over the finish line. Oh, and mental stress too… because I feared I had to do it all over again if I gave up.
And yes, once is enough for me. Just click through the pics to see how my energy levels slowly dip and you will understand why. 🤣
