    Here’s a pic of me squatting in the middle of prepping for a shoot for an upcoming Dental Conference, during another Dental Conference. But this is not really another positive post. And if you swipe left, you will understand why am I posting this.

    Bitch. Attention seeker. Try-hard.

    Till today, I get these sliding into my inbox now and then. By anonymous profiles, fake profiles, and of course real accounts as well.

    I remember vividly in 2018, I showed my very first unpublished video to one of my mentor and asked him, “Do you think it’s a good idea to make videos like this and put it online?” He told me, “It’s a good idea, but you have to brace yourself from the people online and even from your own field.” •
    I was scared. But I posted it anyways. Days go by. I started loving content creation more and more, and the amazing people & experience that comes with it, but...it also has its own setbacks.

    I remember how I cried alone in bed the first time I got a hate message in my inbox.
    Then the second time.
    Then the third time.
    And on the fourth time, I started blocking fake accounts, and look at hate messages that has zero intentions of making me a better person but just solely to make me feel bad, as nothing.

    The reason I’m posting this is to show you that behind all the positive pictures I shared on social media, there is actually a lot of unpleasant events that toughened me up to who I am today.

    The moment during the SEBA Entrepreneurs Business Awards when they noticed lil Rafael taking photos off the stage 🌸🌸

    ❤️ We were awarded - Wellness-Preneur Of the Year 2019. Super grateful for the recognition and semoga this award will help open more doors in our fight against obesity in Malaysia🦄

    But What a great night to share with my two most precious little people who toughened it out til 1130pm for their daddy as moral support, cheerleaders, photographers (handling my Canon 5D with mounted flash aint easy) and keeping me entertained

    ❤️ We live in times where controversy tends to prevail over substance and for all of you wellness coaches out who are working tirelessly to better the lives of your followers, I dedicate this award to you in the hopes that you shall prevail and continue helping those around you. Stay strong n keep going. 🌸
