1/3 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar

【鯖缶deピリ辛ぶっかけうどん】
今日は、鯖缶を使ってピリ辛で止まらない美味しさの〝ぶっかけうどん〟を作りました。
冷凍うどんを電子レンジで解凍している間に、具材を準備すればあっという間に完成する超簡単で超時短のお助けレシピです。

從物理治療的觀點看五十肩,冰凍肩frozen shoulder
五十肩 在醫學解釋上又稱作關節囊沾黏,關節囊包覆在肩關節的外面,外層才由肌肉以及韌帶繼續包覆給予穩定,關節囊的組織由不規則結締組織所組成,本身不具有收縮功能,但是能夠傳遞力量,或是幫助穩定關節,像不規則的毛線球不鬆不緊的綁住肩膀,一旦關節囊發炎,就會產生所謂的五十肩
由於關節囊位於關節的深層部位,容易在動作的時候產生疼痛,因此會使我們的肩膀關節角度受到限制,包含穿脫衣服,開關門,或是抓背梳頭髮一些簡單的日常生活動作敏顯受到限制,疼痛的範圍分布在手臂以及整個肩膀,通常會比不太出來確切疼痛範圍,晚上側躺壓到肩膀會讓疼痛上升,以致痛醒
五十肩會經歷過三個階段:結冰期freezing phase,冷凍期frozen phase,融化期thawing phase,歷時半年至三年,隨著時間的演進,肩膀會越來越僵硬,疼痛的問題會在一開始很明顯,冷凍期後期以及融化期之後疼痛感會比較下降,但是肩膀角度也隨之下降了
大約有13.4%的族群有五十肩的病症,40~60歲的族群屬於耗發群,但是近年來越來越多20~30歲的族群也有五十肩的病症,代表五十肩的產生未必和年齡相關,任何年紀都有可能會有五十肩
造成五十肩,冰凍肩的原因
目前產生關節囊發炎的病理機制還是不明原因,也沒有足夠的證據去證明相關職業和五十肩有關聯,但是有幾個危險因子會提升造成五十肩的機率

五十肩,冰凍肩的物理治療
針對關節囊沾黏,物理治療師會使用不同的關節鬆動速或是牽拉方法,慢慢將肩膀關節活動度恢復,但是!在單純針對肩膀做治療之前,應該先徹底檢查是否有駝背問題,頸椎神經壓迫問題,抑或是圓肩的問題,先調整周遭的骨頭位置,將脊椎擺在好的位置,可以有效降低肩膀的內部壓力,讓發炎反應停止,才能有效率的開始針對肩膀做牽拉,一般物理治療師針對脊椎以及肩膀做完調整之後,病患必須改掉駝背以及原肩的習慣,才能維持治療師調整的地方,若是疼痛很嚴重的狀況,肩膀處於紅腫熱痛,應先給予冰敷,在疼痛得以控制的情況下,才能開始做肩膀的鬆動以及牽拉
五十肩,冰凍肩的動作控制
患有五十肩的病患,通常在患病之前,肩膀的動作控制就已經出現問題,所以必須從新學習如何出力舉手,使肩膀不會一直夾擠到裡面的關節囊造成疼痛
