四、模型最佳化調整（Optimization）
對於超參數最佳化調整，可以將資料分為三組：訓練、驗證、測試。訓練集用於訓練盡可能多的模型，因為存在模型超參數的不同組合。然後在驗證集上評估這些模型，並選擇在此驗證集上具有最佳表現的模型作為獲勝模型。隨後使用所選的超參數集在訓練加驗證資料上對模型進行再訓練，並使用測試集估算泛化表現。如果此泛化錯誤與驗證錯誤相似，我們就有理由相信這個模型將在看不見的資料上表現良好。最後我們在使用模型之前，先對全部資料（訓練、驗證和測試集）重新訓練模型。在AutoML中，TPOT（Tree-based Pipeline Optimization Tool）是透過基因規劃法 (genetic programming)進行機器學習pipeline的最佳化自動調整，不僅針對參數的部分，最佳化範圍包含圖灰色區域的部分。圖片引用自https://github.com/EpistasisLab/tpot
