Really lucky to have snagged this limited edition bread and the awesome butter! 🥺 oh by the way the waitlist is at least 3 months long so ... order only if you can wait (but it’s defo worth the wait!)

初めて食べる野菜たっぷりのタンメン！岐阜県関市『岐阜タンメン』に初訪問してきました。「岐阜タンメン」は岐阜県周辺に現在19店舗展開しているタンメン専門のお店です。関東で食されるタンメンと違い、豚肉・白菜・キャベツ・ニンニクをたっぷり使用し野菜の甘みとニンニクのパンチ、さらには好みで辛味あんを入れて辛さもプラスし、旨味と栄養をたっぷり楽しめるラーメンです。愛知県稲沢市で屋台として営業していた「タンメン専門店板谷」が前進だそうで、岐阜でお店が繁盛したことへの感謝を込めて店名に「岐阜」の名前を残したとのこと。トッピングやサイドメニューも充実しており、通い飽きない工夫も随所に見られました。大変美味しく頂いた今回の初訪問、早速動画をご覧ください！
