Put these people in a prison and throw away the key 👍 If you are capable of committing a vile act like this..you don’t deserve to live in my opinion. That might seem harsh but we see so many cases of rape , domestic abuse & torture ..too many cases. And these people (sorry let me rephrase…they aren’t worthy of being called humans) These vile pigs need to know what the consequences are before they commit such atrocious actions…. Poor Bella a 13 Year Old Malaysian girl that suffers from Down Syndrome was found with horrific burn marks due to being splashed with hot water and tied up when under the care of people who were meant to be looking out for her… 13 Years old! 😶 Disgusting , disgraceful and shameful by all involved! I’m not sure about you guys..but if that was my kid that had suffered this….I would do things to the people involved that I shall not dare to say on this post. We need harsher and stricter laws so that nobody would ever dare to commit these acts that poor Bella was exposed to. #justiceforbella

I can’t deny that taking care of myself, while really tough at first, is really paying off. I’ve been eating very well lately and reducing my stress levels by setting stricter work boundaries. I have good delicious meals, lots of fish, much more vegetables, multi-vitamin effervescence and probiotics to help with my gut health. I eat really yummy things with friends and my husband. Some observations: ☀️ My mood is way better (partially thanks to therapy) ✨ My skin stopped breaking out excessively 🪴 My double chin is not as obnoxious 🐋 My insane bloat is now reasonable 🛏 I wake up when I need to without as much struggle 👀 The light is actually back in my eyes It really makes me wonder how much of my problems were outcomes of so much self-loathing from not living by my personal principles and core values to be who I thought I had to be. I hated it, but I just thought it was a phase, and maybe I could “positivity myself out of it” ⚡️News Flash 🗞 : I couldn’t @cheryltaysg did mention sometime ago why I posted so few of my nice wedding photos. I honestly didn’t feel so many were worth posting, because who was I anyway? I don’t know how I reached that stage, but I really felt like a nobody who didn’t deserve the space I inhabited. I didn’t really buy things because I just felt “what for”. I didn’t treat myself nicely at all. I don’t know, it was a weird funk. If I were to write down the terrible things I told myself every day for two years and addressed it not to me but a friend or even a stranger, I would be horrified. I’m surprised I still functioned. I laughed and smiled. I went on working. Zombie Carrie wasn’t even a nightmare. It was just like a fog in my brain. I didn’t even know I needed to wake up. Sometimes things happen for a good reason and thankfully some major triggers helped drag me into a full-on breakdown. And here I am exactly where I need to be.
