這次講座比較偏腦神經科學和去污名化

·「毒品」Drugs
Drugs在英文中，同時具有「藥物」及「毒品」意思。以下三大類都是drugs ，差別在於醫療用藥、娛樂性用藥、以及藥物濫用

1. 興奮劑Stimulants：咖啡因、安非他命、可卡因
2. 鎮靜劑Depressants酒精、鴉片、大麻、
3. 致幻劑 Hallucinogens：LSD、迷幻蘑菇、搖頭丸、k他命

在中文則統稱為「毒品」，區分是酒精、香菸為合法，其它為非法，以下是這些毒品對人體傷害性及成癮性量表，可以看出香菸與酒精的成癮傷害性其實大過於某些既定毒品

·「啟靈藥」Psychedelic
字源於希臘，有「展露/顯現心靈之意，」因為不具成癮性及身體傷害，從3.致幻劑獨立出來，主要有DMT/LSD/裸蓋菇鹼，其成分「色胺」與血清素作用的受體有很好的結合，對於憂鬱症/強迫症/成癮等有相當好的成效，國外已開始使用裸蓋菇素對憂鬱症患者進行人體臨床實驗

·預設模式網絡（dmn)
研究測試為此區塊大腦血氧含量下降，造成「自我消融感」來源，這區域活動下降會增加其它腦內神經網絡連結，跟創意思考/聯覺有也正相關

有鄰居問說：『小朋友怎麼吃了感冒藥以後，好像變得很會吃，有沒有問題啊？』

把小兒科的藥帶拿過來看一下，不意外，看到了『希普利敏』這個藥水，就和鄰居媽媽解釋了原因：
『1.可能因為感冒好了，人舒服了，所以開胃了。

雖說女為悅己者容，事實悅己而整容，男女多少都傾於啊！吾，玳瑚師父，是通情達理的，故現在就要再送大禮，給吾所有的粉絲，及有緣的你妳們。使你妳們更具信心，更瀟灑的走在陽光裡，走在街道上，走進你妳工作的地方，以及任何的社交場合。先天的不足，後天的積極與努力，是理所當然的。後天的美容實必需著重於以下的這幾點：

一；先從我們的八字中，找出喜用神。

二；根據我們八字的喜用神，選購美容護膚品，化妝品、或欲想上的美容院。

It was the Spring Festival about 2 years ago when I received a call from a stranger. It was a lady's voice on the other end, and as my usual practice, I asked her who recommended her to me, or from which channel she knew of me. She told me she was visiting the new home of her friend, and immediately got attracted by the good energy fields in the house. She felt in awe and elated at the same time, in any case, she felt very comfortable. She was sure that the Feng Shui Master behind this must be a competent one. When she had finished talking, I told her lightly that the energy fields of new houses are all generally good! However she insisted that it was due to my Feng Shui. If you do not know your own favourable element in your Bazi, fret not, I am going to teach you a non-Bazi related technique to make you prettier and richer at the same time. Honestly speaking, it yields the best result if you know the favourable element of your Bazi. However, if you do not know, then this method is the second best. Wash your face every time in lukewarm water, beginning from the forehead to your nose, then to your cheeks before moving down to your chin and neck. Minimize consumption of coffee or other drinks with stimulants. In your choice of desserts, opt for beancurd skin and barley soup, red bean or green bean soup, but please use rock sugar to cook it. Please drastically reduce your intake of food that are fried, deep-fried, roasted, baked or smoked. Try to consume soup and vegetables in every meal. In the newest film by Jeff Sainlar he documents the Phuket Vegetarian Festival.
The Phuket Vegetarian Festival is a colorful event held over a nine-day period in October, celebrating the Chinese community’s belief that abstinence from meat and various stimulants during the ninth lunar month of the Chinese calendar will help them obtain good health and peace of mind.

The Vegetarian Festival is observed nationwide on a grand scale. The most famous place holding this festival is the Phuket province where the most spectacular event takes place yearly.

This festival is not for the faint hearted, piercing their faces with knives, swords, guns and countless other objects as a means of shifting evil spirits from other individuals onto themselves and bringing the community good luck.

Observers follow a strict 10-day vegetarian diet to be cleansed spiritually before performing these painful rituals. Also the vegetarians are required to dress in white during the entire period as white signifies purity.

Fire walking, body piercing and other acts of self mortification undertaken by participants acting as mediums of the gods, have become more spectacular and daring as each year goes by.”
