    Share this with your Nasi Lemak kakis 👉 Beautiful Blue Pea Nasi Lemak

    Marinate your chicken wings using this delicious homemade rempah (spice paste) and reducing it into a thick sauce, every bite of your chicken wing will be bursting with flavour.

    This recipe uses luscious pandan and coconut infused basmati rice as a base for crispy chicken wings, sambal lady's finger and not forgetting the classics, sunny side up and fried ikan bilis.

    ⬇️ Ingredients here ⬇️
    2 cups Basmati rice grains
    250ml Water
    2g dried Blue Pea flowers (green stems removed
    250ml Coconut milk
    4 pieces Pandan leaves (tear each leaf into half and tie them into knots)
    3 slices Galangal (lightly smashed)
    1 stalk Lemongrass (white part only, lightly smashed)

    Spices for marinate:
    8 pieces Large chicken wings
    4 pieces Red chilli
    2 pieces Chilli padis
    2 pieces Candles nuts
    1 piece Lemongrass (white part only)
    1 knob Galangal
    1 knob Turmeric
    2 tsp Gula melaka / raw sugar
    ½ tsp Cumin seeds
    ½ tsp Fennel seeds
    300ml Coconut milk
    4 tbsp Tamarind juice (1 tbsp of tamarind pulp to 6 tbsp hot water)
    Salt to taste

    For frying:
    2 tbsp Cornflour
    8 tbsp Potato starch
    Salt to taste
    ½ tsp Baking soda
    ½ tsp Baking powder

    Sambal Spices:
    300g Lady’s fingers (sliced)
    6 Red chillies
    3 Chilli padis
    3 cloves Garlic
    6 Shallots
    20g Dried shrimps
    10g Belachan
    3g Torch ginger bud
    1 tbsp Light soy sauce
    1 tsp Sugar

    Side Condiments:
    8 slices Cucumbers
    150g Fried ikan billis
    100g Fried peanuts
    4 Fried eggs
    4 sheets of banana leaves for serving

Autumn 1990: Moved to Tokyo.October 1992: Joined in Pacific Art Center Inc. after working freelance. Assigned to SHINBASHI ENBUJO (theater) to start a career as a tsukeuchi (tsuke percussionist). Established T2Generation to start supporting cultural activities through tsukeuchi performance. Based on the career, trying various performances of art and culture by collaborating with others from different fields.
    �Tsuke is one of the sound effects to emphasize the movements and power of the characters on the stage, which impresses the play more effectively. It is often used for the important scenes: when the main character is appearing on stage, changing his/her clothes, when the stage setting changes (stage elevator rises or a building collapses), and to highlight the effect of props.“Oto (sound) wo tsuke-ru” means “adding sound to the play”, which is the reason why it is called “tsuke”. The two wood blocks to make sounds are called “tsuke-uchi”. Tsukeuchi (tsuke percussionist) sits on the stage left (audience’s right side) where he makes sounds using tools, tsuke-ita (tsuke wood board)and tsuke-gi (two wood blocks).

    暑いのできゅうりがうまい。簡単にできて、オリンピック観戦しながら片手で食べられる、きゅうり漬けを作りました。おご飯にどーんとのせるのもありかと思います。
    *レシピ*
    1.食品保存袋にニンニク ひとかけをすりおろすか、みじん切りにして入れる。
    2.ごま油 30g、酢 15g、塩 5gを入れ もみもみして混ぜ合わせておく。(動画には塩を入れてもむシーンがない。編集ミス。。。)
    3.きゅうりのヘタを落とし、小さじ1/2程度の塩で板ずりする。塩を水で洗い落とす。
    4.1/2に切り、割り箸をさす。
    5.(2)に入れ、冷蔵庫で冷やす。
    6.でけた。
    これをつまみに飲むのもいいですよね。

    1.Grate or mince a clove of garlic into a food storage bag.
    2.Add 30g of sesame oil, 15g of vinegar and 5g of salt, and knead and mix.(There is no scene in the video where salt is added and kneaded. )
    3.Remove the stems from the cucumbers and rub them with about 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Wash off the salt with water.
    4.Cut the cucumber in half and insert disposable chopsticks.
    5.Put in (2) and refrigerate.
    6.It is ready to eat.
    It's good to drink with this as a snack.

    高速煲支竹炆鵝掌

    材料:
    急凍鵝掌8隻
    廣西支竹半斤
    辣椒仔3隻
    芫荽1棵

    處理:
    1. 支竹,清水浸軟,剪一塊塊。
    2. 芫荽,清水洗淨,切碎。
    辣椒仔,洗淨,切粒。
    3. 在高速煲內煲滾水1升,放鵝掌出水,加入紹興酒1湯匙及少量鹽去除羶味。
    4. 水已滾起,倒去水分,加入清水浸3分鐘,再倒去水分,開住水喉,逐隻鵝掌,清洗乾淨,擎乾水。
    5. 用洗潔精,洗乾淨高速煲,才繼續使用。
    6. 用菜刀切去鵝掌的趾甲,放入高速煲內,加入調味料:
    a. 紹興酒1湯匙
    b. 冰糖幾粒
    c. 辣椒仔2隻(搣去椗)
    d. 老抽半湯匙,撈勻
    e. 生抽半湯匙
    f. 蠔油1湯匙
    加入清水400毫升。
    6. 加入支竹。

    烹調:
    1. 所有材料在高速煲內炆40分鐘。
    2. 放高速煲在電磁爐上煮至收汁。
    3. 上碟,灑上芫荽碎及辣椒粒。
    4. 完成,可享用。

    Braised geese feet with bean curd with high speed cooker

    Ingredients:
    Frozen geese feet 8 Nos.
    Bean curd 0.5 catty
    Chili 3 Nos.
    Coriander 1 No.

    Preparation:
    1. Bean curd, soak in tap water until it turns soft. Cut in pieces.
    2. Coriander, rinse with tap water. Chop well.
    3. Heat up water 1L in high speed cooker. Put in geese feet. Add in Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp and little salt to remove the unpleasant smells.
    4. Water boils up, pour away the water. Add in tap water, soak for 3 minutes, pour away water again. Rinse the geese feet one by one under running tap. Drain.
    5. Rinse the high speed cooker with detergent. Rinse thoroughly. Continue cooking.
    6. Cut the geese nails with chopper. Put into high speed cooker. Add seasoning:
    a. Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
    b. Rock sugar several cubes
    c. Chili 2 Nos. (With no stems)
    d. Dark soya sauce 0.5 tbsp, mix well.
    e. Light soya sauce 0.5 tbsp
    f. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
    Add in tap water 400ml.
    6. Add in bean curd.

    Steps:
    1. Put all ingredients in high speed cooker, braise for 40 minutes.
    2. Put the cooker on induction cooker. Continue braising until the sauce becomes thick.
    3. Put on plate. Put coriander and chili cubes on top.
    4. Complete. Serve.

    清炒菜心 (4人份量)

    材料:
    菜心2斤
    鹹蛋1隻
    皮蛋1隻
    薑1舊

    處理:
    1. 菜心,搣去菜梗,1開2,放一邊,菜遠放另一邊。
    2. 菜心,清水洗2次。
    3. 薑,去皮。
    4. 皮蛋,菜刀輕手拍一拍外殼。
    5. 鹹蛋,加入少量清水,刮去灰,清水洗淨。
    6. 薑,1開2,拍鬆。
    7. 皮蛋,1開8 。
    8. 鹹蛋,打在碗內。

    烹調:

    金銀蛋菜心湯:
    1. 一個人1碗水,加清水入煲內,加入菜心,大火煲滾。
    2. 加入鹹蛋及皮蛋。
    3. 湯已滾了1分鐘,加入鹹蛋白,等湯再次滾起。
    4. 完成,湯倒入大碗中,可享用。

    清炒菜心:
    1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙。
    2. 放菜落鑊。
    3. 冚蓋,轉慢火,焗2分鐘,焗軟菜心。
    4. 轉大火,炒幾下。
    5. 完成,上碟,可享用。

    Ingredients:
    Choy sum 2 catty
    Salted egg 1 No.
    Century egg 1 No.

    Preparation:
    1. Choy sum, tear off the rough stems, divide them into 2 halves. Put on one side. The green portion, is to be put on the other side.
    2. Choy sum, rinse 2 times.
    3. Ginger, get it peeled.
    4. Century egg, beat the shell lightly with chopper.
    5. Salted egg, add in little water. Remove the ash. Rinse thoroughly.
    6. Ginger, divide it into 2 shares. Beat well.
    7. Century egg, divide it into 8 shares.
    8. Salted egg, break in a bowl.

    Steps:

    Choy sum soup with century and salted eggs:
    1. One person, 1 bowl of water, add in together with choy sum in pot. Heat up at high flame.
    2. Add in salted and century egg.
    3. Soup has been boiled for a minute, add in salted egg white. Wait for boiling up again.
    4. Complete. Pour into a big bowl. Serve.

    Stir frying choy sum:
    1. Heat up oil 1 tbsp at high flame in wok.
    2. Put choy sum in wok.
    3. Cover up the wok. Turn to low flame. Leave it for 2 minutes until choy sum turns soft.
    4. Turn to high flame, stir fry for 30 seconds.
    5. Complete. Put on plate. Serve
