2021-09-09 17:31:00ボリューム満点の小倉トーストを熱々濃厚なコーヒーで流し込む！愛知県名古屋市『BUCYO COFFEE ブチョーコーヒーカコ』に初訪問！名古屋駅から徒歩で約10分強にある百名店にも選ばれたお店です。名古屋といえば喫茶店、モーニングというイメージが定着するほど、他の地域にはない独特の喫茶店文化があります。ブチョーとは店主のあだ名が由来だそうで、丸い形のカイザーパン(通常のトーストもあります)に店主のお母さんが炊く甘さ控えめの小倉がたっぷり乗った“小倉カイザー”と自家焙煎した濃いコーヒーが同店の看板です。とても美味しかったですし、レトロで可愛い雰囲気の店内はかなりインスタ映えするので、若い方も数多く訪れていました。ロイドごはんでは珍しい⁈名古屋名物の喫茶店、早速ご覧ください！

Pour a hearty Ogura toast with strong and hot coffee! First visit to "BUCYO COFFEE" in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture! It is one of the 100 famous stores located about 10 minutes on foot from Nagoya Station. Nagoya has a unique coffee shop culture that is not found in other areas, so that the image of coffee shop and morning is firmly established. It seems that Bucho is derived from the owner's nickname, "Ogura Kaiser" with plenty of low-sweetness Ogura cooked by the owner's mother on a round Kaiser bread (there is also a normal toast) and strong coffee roasted in-house. 2021-09-05 20:05:00全国にチェーン展開する人気ラーメン店に再訪！神奈川県横浜市『札幌ラーメンどさん子和田町店』に伺ってきました。和田町駅から徒歩で約5分ほどのところにある人気ラーメン店です。「札幌ラーメンどさん子」のHPを拝見すると、創業昭和36年と古い歴史があります。看板になっているのが味噌ラーメンで、札幌の赤味噌を使用しているとのこと。麺も国産小麦を使用したスープに合うオリジナルの縮れ麺で、クセになる味わいや食感を目指しているそうです。今回は和田町店オリジナルのラーメンを食べてみました。それでは早速動画をご覧ください！

Revisit popular ramen shops that are chained all over the country! I visited "Sapporo Ramen Dosanko Wadamachi Store" in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is a popular ramen shop located about 5 minutes on foot from Wadamachi Station. If you look at the website of "Sapporo Ramen Dosanko", it has a long history of being founded in 1958. The signboard is miso ramen, which uses red miso from Sapporo. The noodles are also original curly noodles that go well with the soup made from domestic wheat, and they are aiming for a addictive taste and texture. This time I tried the original ramen from the Wadamachi store. Then, please watch the video immediately!

2021-07-30 20:01:00懐かしさを感じるラーメン店へ！神奈川県横浜市『ラーメンショップ マンザイ』に伺いました。千葉の旭市にある萬歳(マンザイ)に同じ名前のお店があり、こちらの店主はそこのご出身だったためそれを店名にしたのだそう(ラーメンショップと看板にはありますがラーメンショップではないそう)。どこか昔懐かしさも感じる一杯を頂いてきましたので、早速ご覧ください！

Every year we go to Yuen Long for Mooncakes. There are a few traditional bakeries there - Hang Heung 恆香，Wing Wah 榮華. These two are our favourite.
Another one is Tai Tung Bakery 大同老餅家, a 70-year-old bakery.
In the 60s, bakeries built large signboards outside the shop to welcome Mid-Autumn festival. As time passes, Tai Tung Bakery becomes the only bakery that still decorates its store with handpaint signboard.
Mooncakes in Tai Tung are relatively more expensive than the other two big bakeries in Yuen Long.
Tai Tung bakery is one the very few restaurants that still offer Mooncake loyalty programme 供月餅會. Mid Autumn Festival is a very important festival for Hong Kong people in the past. People in the past can hardly afford to buy so many boxes of mooncakes for family and friends. So, they saved money one YEAR in advance! Cake shops introduced 月餅會 Mooncake loyalty programme that people paid the cake shop every month and their loyalty booklet will be stamped. To encourage you to join the loyalty programme, the cake shop will give you boxes of tea or dried sausages during lunar New Year.
