My sister once told me “you get obsessed with things you pick up at different times in your life” thankfully this is a healthy obsession- I have stepped back and have also been forced to step back several times this year and last year due to recurring injuries ive been battling for almost two years now - in the last few months I’ve given equal importance to everything in my life and I like that shift. I needed it. Although I hate that I fall off track sometimes and have to earn back all of my hard earned progress, I have understood the fine line between doing this for life and wanting to achieve so and so goals within a time frame! Everyone who knows me will know this about me that I take my trainings very seriously 🤭😬 but I’m trying my best this year to soak in and enjoy the journey 2) less is More - I have tried fitting in a number of different exercises to work on different goals this and last year and have realised that shifting sone of them to next year and working on sone less nunber or specific exercises will give me more results than trying to do different things and seeing progress in them. Yes less is more at times and it’s okay cause I have. A lifetime ahead of me 3) everything I need is within me - willpower determination the days I shape for myself for tomorrow what I give out I receive - I have become so much more grateful mindful and selfless in many ways and I love that shift in me :) I’m happy with my own pace of progress I’m also happy for anyone and their progress willing to happily support me in my journey without feelings of conflict :) I’m happy for you all fit fam 🤗😬 and I love seeing you all progress in whatever you do 🖤 📷 @devtagstudios Edited by me
