我是展元，很開心從 #侯友宜 市長手中，接下 110年 全國運動會在新北 的聖火火鉅！

我和雷艾美 Emmie Ries 共同搭上「聖火號」火車，擔任"鐵路"傳遞聖火第一棒的任務！

新北市是睽違18年(上次是2003年台北縣辦的區運會)，再次舉辦全運會！

10/16~21，很多東京奧運的國手參賽喔！歡迎大家一起來幫台灣運動員加油！

#110全運動會 三路聖火齊發，一棒接一棒，讓熱情延燒全台灣！

由 #網路、#鐵路、#公路 三路展開，為期16天的全台聖火傳遞旅程今天在新北市府市民廣場正式出發。這次可愛的 #兒藝節 高人氣 #黏土怪 也加入全台跑透透的行列，為即將到來的全運會提前暖身。

擔任公路傳遞火炬手的 #尤偉檁 是 新北消防發爾麵 消防局同仁，鐵路火炬手也邀請到 #全明星運動會 的熱血主播 徐展元 和路跑女神 雷艾美 Emmie Ries 一同搭上環島聖火列車，準備將滿滿的活力與正能量帶給全國民眾。

我們從7月開始就在網路上發起徵選火炬手的活動，橫跨全台22縣市，從6歲到80歲通通都能報名，讓全運會成為全民運動，用聖火和全台交朋友。今年也要非常感謝 全家FamilyMart 的大力支持，推出聯名款 #聖火霜淇淋 ，紅色外觀配上濃郁西瓜香，人手一支，大家都是火炬手。

全運會進入倒數階段，期盼疫情能愈來愈穩定，讓賽事能順利舉行，我們一起為全國好手加油打氣！

議會備詢完，我就到附近的 舞動陽光-高雄市鳳山運動園區 運動流汗，超紓壓。

和路跑女神 雷理莎 Lisa Ries 一起跑了跑步機，以及利用機械式三頭下壓機、腿推機、二頭彎舉機、坐姿划船機，並在教練指導下，推雪橇車、用啞鈴操作肩推動作。豐富的器材，只要銅板價的收費！

國民運動中心已經正加緊腳步，開始盤點，並希望利用公共空間、閒置的公有建築來改建，最好也能交通方便，讓市民培養起好的運動習慣，更加健康。
