After falling in love with pig trotter rice during a trip to Longjiang Town, the owners decided to learn how to recreate this dish back home. Think glistening meat served atop soft and sticky short-grain rice, with a side of salted vegetables. The Pig Trotter Rice's meat was soft and really easy to chew through, and it had a nice layer of fat.⁣

The Large Intestines Mee Sua was well-coated in the fragrant gravy-like sauce which was a mixture of soup and braising sauce. The large intestines were chewy, really clean, and well prepared. I will definitely be back for more Large Intestines Mee Sua! ⁣
