Murtabak, shawarma .. rice.. kurma are all a form of carbohydrates. Some of the carbs you consume are stored in the form of glycogen. For every one gram of carbohydrate stored in the body (as glycogen) there is approximately 2-3 grams of water retained. The more carbs you have , the more you retent water. Should you stop carbs then ? NOOOOOO I need them, I mean you need them 😁💯 Here's a couple of remedy that could help. 😬Chew your food. Have some Fiber into your meal (from food ) Don’t overdo it as that will cause constipation too. 😰I know it’s hard to get enough water but Try.. 🚶Walking/Movements (Helping mum with house work😏) helps aid digestion too.
