Restroom: A room or a suite of rooms equipped with toilets and lavatories
for public use. Some countries refer it as washroom.

(盥洗室/洗手間)

Toilet: A plumbing fixture devised for the disposal of bodily wastes.
The word toilet can be used to refer to the fixture itself or
the room containing it.

(馬桶/廁所)

一般來說 用 restroom/washroom 感覺比較文雅一點
