I am so sorry for the problems caused by PayPal error.
We checked the backstage and they told us there are three reasons might fail the payment.
The first one is the address inconsistent.
Please use the same address both in the order and PayPal.
Also the phone numbers.
Second, when you are checking out, and there’s something already sold out,
this would also cause the payment failure.
The third reason is the credit card or debit card authorization.
The third pare I need to talk with the backstage to reconfirm something.
About the shopping cart,
the shopping cart doesn’t keep the stock until you check out, which is pretty normal.
But because of the payment problems, many of you missed the gift box.
I feel really bad about this.
I am sorry. I truly am.
Some people said that we should change the shopping cart and make it reservable.
Well, I will turn this advice to the platform company, but this is really not my decision.
The gift box sold out so soon.
Sooner than I expected.
At first I thought the price is higher than 2015 gift box,
and the quantity is tripled,
this should remain for a while.
I did not see that coming.
We discussed the whole situation and clarifying the problems we are facing.
There’s definitely still a lot space for us to improve ourselves.
