Super busy week hello new job 😭
Hardly auve had time to even go to gym on time
Yesterday after dinner i was supposed to get to a pharmacy near the gym to get supplies
It was 10.10 pm then
50 mins before gym closes down
I hadn’t planned to go to gym yesterday cause i had plans and was gonna work out at home but i always find myself more disciplined when I’m at the gym.
I couldn’t just walk past it so even though i knew i had 45 mins to workout at the gym, i still went 🙊🙈🙆🏻♀️
And glad that i went cause i got a lot done in 45 mins
1️⃣Finished my pullup program workout atter a light warmup with scapula dips and lat activation work with scapula pullups and active hangs and scap pushups - video (5th video that was 2nd and 3rd sets i think)
My sets for yesterday were 7 (didnt record the first set) 6,5,4,3
2️⃣ Did a triset for three rounds with straight bar dips ( to failure ) with bent over flyes
And bicep curls (slides 4,6,7)
I wanted to get something done (use things machines i didnt have acces to at home) before i went home to continue my ring workout
🖤3️⃣continued my workout at 11.20 pm at home with rings session
I did
Unassisted three sets just to check where i am 😂😂😂( slide 1️⃣)
Elbows go out when i push myself up which needs work with bands
Slide 2️⃣ is one of my assisted banded sets i did 4 sets
4️⃣🖤 RTOs in 3️⃣ slide 3 sets also
attempts without band 😂😂 9️⃣slide
5️⃣🖤Ring support holds for 40 seconds 4 ssts - coukdnt complete 4th set so used band - slide number 8️⃣
Also last slide you dont want to miss 😭😭😭
Scapula depression work and also the work ive been putting in for isolating my lats and back and mobility work have been giving me results and my shoulders feel super good 😌
Going to crush these ring dips soon with proper form
