係咪世界末日，喪屍入城呀？

呢張相係寫呢個post之前半個鐘，大概係英國時間晚上差唔多凌晨十二點，响屋企附近嘅油站入油之後影嘅。大家可能未必知點解會夜嗎嗎入油，原因可以好簡單，「港媽」吩咐囉，佢架車就黎無油，不過晏晝接放學嘅時候見到幾個油站都有車龍排隊，所以責成成日唔瞓覺做夜間保安員個老公（即係我）夜晚無咁多人先去入油。

事實上今日全國幾份報紙頭版都大大隻字用類"Out of Oil"嘅標題。

當我揸架車去到嘅時候，雖然唔洗排隊，但係成個油站每支油槍都用緊，而部份又停止服務，十二點响街坊鄉間咁嘅場面都算少有。入緊油嘅時候仲見到有個司機入滿架車之後，仲入多兩樽後備，成個mood好似災難片， 喪屍入侵咁樣。

唔係世界末日，更加唔係石油危機，係大型貨車司機（繼續）短缺，搞到部份油站被迫暫停部份油槍，關閉偏遠嘅油站。但啲人見到報紙標題，加上傳媒影住全國好多油站嘅車龍，羊羣心態就變咗好似上年「盲搶廁紙」一樣。

政府準備宣布容許外國司機以短期簽證，同時軍部會派考官幫手加快本地考牌。搞到咁，有人會話係脫歐，亦有人話係疫情，其實仲有更遠更深嘅原因....

Dubai Poised to Benefit From Cryptocurrency Growth, Bittrex Says

ดูไบ อยู่ในตำแหน่งที่ดี ที่จะได้รับประโยชน์จากตลาด cryptocurrency ที่กำลังเติบโตในตะวันออกกลาง เนื่องจากหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล นำไปสู่การผลักดันให้ยอมรับเทคโนโลยีที่ใช้ blockchain ตามที่ CEOของ Bittrex Global กล่าว

สำหรับสหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์และดูไบ “กำลังทำสิ่งที่ถูกต้อง และพวกเขาจะดึงดูดโครงการระดับภูมิภาคจำนวนมาก”

โดยทาง Stephen Stonberg CEO ของ digital assets exchange กล่าวว่า “เป็นสถานที่ที่ดี ในการจัดตั้ง token project หรือ ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับ cryptocurrency exchange” เขากล่าว

ซึ่งดูไบ ได้เป็นศูนย์กลางทางการเงินของภูมิภาค ได้ดำเนินการอย่างหลากหลาย เพื่อสนับสนุนการใช้ blockchain ภายในเมือง ในช่วงไม่กี่เดือนที่ผ่านมา และ Stonberg คาดว่ากองทุน wealth funds
ของตะวันออกกลาง จะเอามาทำ blockchain allocations ด้วย

โดยในเดือนพฤษภาคม Airport Free Zone ของดูไบ ได้ลงนามในข้อตกลงกับหน่วยงานหลักทรัพย์และสินค้าโภคภัณฑ์ เพื่อสนับสนุนด้านกฎระเบียบ การเสนอ และการซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลภายในเขต free zone

และเมือง DMCC ได้เปิดfree zone เพื่อการแลกเปลี่ยนบน blockchain สำหรับการซื้อขายน้ำตาลในปีที่แล้ว และ Bitcoin Fund ได้ listed ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ Nasdaq Dubai ในเดือนมิถุนายน ซึ่งเป็นการซื้อขายครั้งแรกในภูมิภาค

“ผมคิดว่า ดูไบ กำลังไปได้สวยอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ”และ Bittrex คาดว่า จะมีการขยายฐานลูกค้าและมีลูกค้าในภูมิภาคนี้มากขึ้น

โดย Cryptocurrencies ได้ปรับตัวขึ้น ในช่วงไม่กี่สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา ด้วย bullish voices รวมทั้งเจ้าของ Tesla Inc.อย่าง Elon Musk และผู้จัดการด้านการลงทุน Cathie Wood ซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มความเชื่อมั่น

และน้ำเสียงที่แข็งกร้าวของประธานธนาคารกลางสหรัฐ Jerome Powell เกี่ยวกับจะการปรับลดการซื้อพันธบัตร ช่วยบรรเทาความกลัวในตลาดอีกด้วย

“เงินจำนวนมากของสถาบันการเงิน ได้เข้าสู่ Ethereum และ Bitcoin และน่าจะเป็นตัวขับเคลื่อนตลาดจริงๆ” Stonberg กล่าว
