🔖 隨著 Eric Sheridan 從瑞銀 (UBS) 轉到高盛 (Goldman)，高盛也出具了針對大型互聯網公司的初次評等。由於 Eric Sheridan 是業界最受尊敬的科技行業分析師之一，讓我們來看看他對當前交易環境的看法，並將他的觀點與 Gamma 的觀點來進行比較，看看我們的分析與業界一流的分析師差別在哪。

🔖 在過去的 6 個季度中，股票受到 re-rating (重新估值) 以及 earnings revision (盈餘調升) 的正向驚喜所推動。根據 Gamma 的觀點，隨著上檔驚喜的範圍縮窄，所有公司在後疫情的時期是否能有長期的成長性是最被熱議的話題，其中大家對於 Peloton 和 Airbnb 等公司日後成長性觀點的差異尤其顯著。

趨勢 #1：商務與廣告事業間的分界愈來愈模糊 (相關個股：$AMZN、$FB、$GOOGL、$PINS、$SNAP)

Amazon 創造需求的策略和影片廣告的策略、社交商務（Facebook、Instagram、Pinterest）的興起、以廣告收入輔助核心收入的商城 (marketplace) 模式以及賣家商城模式（Facebook Marketplace、Google Shopping 和 Shopify）的興起。我們認為上述各種商業模式的關鍵成功因素會在「規模」，因為這些廣告與社群之間的界限已經十分模糊了，也藉由深度的消費者需求創建了一個飛輪，這些深度需求可以透過產品品別的可取得性來獲得滿足（品牌/賣家數量越多可以滿足越多消費者需求）。

我們認為 Amazon 有很好的戰略地位來在全球市場利用這個趨勢，且我們也將關注數位廣告公司的產品創新和執行能力，因為他們試圖在消費活動的底層漏斗，將消費者觀看媒體的行為和消費意圖的表達轉化為購買行動。

Gamma 曾針對 Facebook、Snap、Pinterest、Tiktok、Youtube 的社群商務機會進行大篇幅的深入探討 (https://gamma.to/notes/MKS27ngMNTClj0YMiezK)，從過去的經驗來看，廣告主（也就是品牌主）不希望將消費者留在 Facebook 等其他平台上，而會更傾向將流量吸引到自己的網站上。因此，他們通常會願意在 Facebook 等 app 內完成的購買支付更少的廣告費用（比較願意花錢導流到自己的網域）。

隨著 Apple 實施 ATT，廣告績效的測量變得越來越困難，這也讓廣告主不願意支付平台更多廣告費的現況發生了變化。對廣告主來說，在這些平台內完成的購買行為若是可以獲得更高的轉化率、與更佳準確的歸因，是越來越有吸引力行銷方式。

我們不認為在 app 上直接放上「購買」按鈕就能夠讓各平台瞬間成功轉變成社群商務，購物中的每個流程都需要一個一個無縫地整合到功能中。

雖然社交商務都還尚處在早期的發展階段，但我們正在看到這個商業潛力逐漸的實現，並為各個平台帶來更高的 CPM，也正在為廣告商帶來更高的 ROAS。

In fact, Yuan carries with her a set of bowling pins so her friend, the Bowler Whale, could play with her anytime he wants!

Yuan wishes to spread light, love and positivity! Her goal is to introduce her 12 whale-friends to the rest of the world, so everyone else can understand them better.
