這加州Napa Valley Rutherford的酒莊，莊主創立後第一件事，請來好友Jean Claude Berrouet當顧問。

Jean Claude Berrouet何人也？Chateau Petrus的釀酒師，他當了44年直至退休。

是Petrus。

大家還要記著，經過Dominus的淬煉，那時的他已對Napa相當有經驗，練成的神功用在它身上，標會一樣。後來(相信是Berrouet退休)Michel Rolland在2010年加盟當顧問。

我弄了拿手的羊架，簡單用鹽、黑椒、新鮮迷迭香和蒜醃了半天，煎香再焗，和酒合拍得天造地設。

清代奇士張潮說：「因雪想高士，因花想美人，因酒想俠客，因月想好友，因山水想得意詩文。 」
