#追伸【#核廢料終極處置冷智識】

1. 目前乾式貯存的設計只有四十年，然後就該接上終極處置，但台灣終極處置規畫至今毫無進展，按核子物理學法則與材料科學來看，#乾式貯存的崩壞外洩是必然的結果。

2. 目前的乾式貯存，是在冷卻池裡包裝的，然後懸吊在空中滴乾後才用平板車載走。那麼、除役後沒了冷卻池，要把到期的乾式貯存拆掉舊包裝再用新的包起來，這個工程要在什麼場地/如何進行呢？

3. 瑞典是建了一個夠大的冷卻池，把全國核電廠所用過的燃料棒都放在那裡。池子也許不止一個，但就是集中在一個冷卻池系統裡，不做乾式貯存，到時直接打包送進終極處置場。

4. #BUT，#瑞典的地質條件和台灣非常不一樣，承載瑞典的板塊非常古老，幾乎沒什麼地震，所以他們可以把它集中起來放在一個大冷卻池；而台灣是菲律賓海板塊隱沒到歐亞大陸板塊下面的交界處，位處太平洋火環帶上，故拆舊包裝、包送進新包裝，這個過程的危險難以評估，高幅射、甚至可能鋯管、pellets 都會有崩裂了的可能，因為鈾235分裂成兩個子核應該會體積增加的，也就是說鋯管裡的壓力會增大。

5. #冷卻池需要有電來供應機電系統，而這個電必須是由在地的發電廠供給，否則送電的纜線一但斷線，就發生核災了。然除役了的核電廠沒辦法供電給冷卻池，它不是一般的冷水池，它需要一整套控管的機電系統做水循環與熱交換。

6. 有關上述冷卻池用電的條件，是全球核電都要依循的規則，除了在地發電外，為保險起見，#應該也還要有備援的外來送電系統。
