也非常多人都說會在這裏碰到明星🎞🎞

Background
Heng Yue Yen Long Kwon is a modern Chinese martial art. It was founded in Hong Kong in 1981 by Grandmaster Yuet-sing Au, Black Belt 10th Dan. Based on traditional Chinese kung fu, it brings together the best principles from several martial arts to offer modern, practical and efficient techniques.

Heng = Perseverance
Yue = universe, boundlessness, a symbol of wisdom and knowledge

How do you break a wooden board? Lionel will tell you all about it in this short video.

His kungfu group, Heng Yue Yen Long Kwon, was performing at a mid-autumn gala at Pacific Palisades, just down the road from us. It was a special occasion for him, his first time to break wood in public since he passed his black belt exam last weekend.

New black belts are given thin boards -- but they are pretty strong, I have to say, and I did not really feel like trying to smash one myself....

At the end of the show, instructor Dino performed a spectacular jump and sent a thick board flying in half over the kids lined up at the back.
