土茯苓湯清熱止痕
夏天天氣炎熱潮濕，令到皮膚敏感、濕疹等皮膚痕癢問題特別容易發作，平日宜適量飲用有清熱祛濕、健脾功效的湯水調理身體，預防皮膚病發作，當痕癢發作時湯水亦可紓緩症狀。土茯苓是清熱解毒良藥，夏天常喝的祛濕茶中都會加入土茯苓，它有祛濕、解毒、止癢、利關節的功效，尤其適合濕熱體質人士食用，有助紓緩濕疹、皮膚痕癢等症狀。土茯苓有分鮮品和乾品，以鮮品功效更顯著，然而去皮切開後容易氧化，宜盡快使用；乾品則方便儲存隨時使用。

食材小貼士：
老黃瓜性涼，具清熱解毒、生津止渴和利尿消腫的功效，適合濕熱、陰虛體質、痛風、高血壓、高血脂等人士食用。要注意，脾胃虛寒者容易腹痛、泄瀉等都不宜服用。

土茯苓牛大力老黃瓜湯
功效：清熱祛濕、涼血止癢，紓緩皮膚敏感、濕疹引致的痕癢。
材料：鮮土茯苓300克（約半斤）、鮮牛大力80克（約2両）、老黃瓜1個、赤小豆30克、綠豆40克、生薏米40克、蜜棗2枚
做法：
1. 所有材料洗淨，鮮土茯苓去皮切塊；牛大力切段；老黃瓜去瓤切大塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水，放入全部材料，武火煮至水滾，調文火煮2小時，最後下鹽調味即可。
注意：脾胃虛弱、容易腹瀉者及孕婦不宜飲用。

Smilax glabra soup to clear heat and relieve itch

The weather during summer is hot and humid, and very often, sensitive skin will develop eczema and other itchy skin problems. Hence, we should regularly consume soup that can clear heat, dispel dampness from the body, and strengthen the spleen. By doing so, not only can we prevent skin problems from developing but also relieve the itch on the body.

Smilax glabra (‘tu fu ling’) is an effective medicine to clear heat and toxins. The tea we drink during summer to dispel dampness also contains this ingredient. This Chinese herb can get rid of dampness and toxins, relieve itch, and is good for the joints.

Smilax glabra is especially suitable for individuals with the damp heat body constitution as it can relieve eczema and itch on the skin. You can find both fresh and dried ones in the market, but the fresh ones are more effective. However, it will oxidize very quickly once the skin is removed. Hence, fresh Smilax glabra should be consumed as quickly as possible. The dried products, on the other hand, can be stored more easily.

Tips on ingredient:
Old cucumbers are cool in nature. They can clear heat and detoxify, promote fluid production to relieve thirst, and promote diuresis to relieve bloating. Suitable for those with damp heat, and yin deficient body constitutions, as well as those with gout, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Note those with asthenic spleen and stomach and prone to diarrhea and loose stool should not have cucumber.

Smilax and millettia speciosa soup with old cucumber
Effects: clears heat and dispels dampness, cools blood and relieves itch. Alleviates itch induced by skin allergies or eczema.
Ingredients: 300g fresh smilax (around 1/2 catty), 80g fresh millettia speciosa (around 2 tael), 1 old cucumber, 30g rice bean, 40g mung bean, 40g coix seed, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel smilax and cut into pieces. Cut the millettia speciose into sections. Core the old cucumber and cut into large chunks.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
Note: not suitable for those with asthenic weak spleen and stomach, those prone to diarrhea and those who are pregnant.

🔎#ชื่อน้อง Bobbi Brown Skin Long-Wear Weightless Foundation SPF 15 PA++ ถ้าจำไม่ผิดมีประมาณ 24 เชดสี ซึ่งสีที่กัสใช้คือสี Warm Sand (ดูเป็นไกด์ได้ แต่ไม่ต้องไปซื้อสีตามนะจ๊ะคุณ😂)

🔎#ปกปิดเบอร์ไหน? ตัวนี้ได้ตั้งแต่ปานกลางไปจนถึงสูงสุดได้เลยนะถ้าใช้ดีๆอะครับ ค่อยๆบิ้วค่อยๆเลเยอร์ลงไปเฉพาะจุดถ้าต้องการเพิ่ม คนเป็นสิวเยอะๆแทบไม่ต้องใช้คอนซีลเลอร์เลย🎉

🔎#ได้ผิวแบบไหน? น้องคนนี้จะได้ฟินิชที่งงๆนิดนึง คือ ทาแล้วจะได้ Matte แหละ แต่ไม่ได้แมตต์ผิวกระดาษขนาดนั้น แต่จะได้ผิวที่เหมือน Texture ของผ้าไหมมากกว่า คือจะเป็นผิวที่ดูดี มีความสมูท และได้ความเป็นผิวธรรมชาติมากกว่า จะไม่แมตต์เท่าของ Estee หรือ Lancome อะไรแบบนี้✔️

🔎#คุมมันติดทนไหม? จริงๆตัวนี้คุมมันได้ดีประมาณนึงเลยนะ เพราะว่าตัวเนี้ย 1.เป็นสูตร Oil free และ 2.เป็น Shine Control ไปด้วยในตัวเลย ส่วนเรื่องติดทนไหม ถ้าพูดถึงตัวนี้กัสก็จะยกสตอรี่ตอนไปฟิลิปปินส์มาเหมือนเดิม คือกัสใช้ไปดำน้ำสกูบาที่นั่นเป็นชั่วโมง แต่ขึ้นมาคือไม่มีหลุดเลย ประทับจิต❤️

🔎#Texture? เนื้อเขาอะแปลกมากทุกคน คือมันจะมีความเหมือนกึ่งครีมกึ่งมูสอะอธิบายไม่ถูก แต่รองพื้นปกติเวลาทามันจะซึมลงผิวใช่มะ แต่อันนี้พอทาไปตอนแรกเหมือนมันลอยอยู่ข้างบนผิวนะ แต่ภายในพริบตามันจะกลืนเข้าไปในผิวเราแบบงงมากๆเลยอะ 55555 นี่ก็เลยว่ามันแปลกงะ🤣

🔎#ข้อควรระวัง? ไม่ใช่เรื่อง Oxidize จ่ะ เพราะตัวนี้สีไม่ดรอปเลย แต่ให้ระวังเรื่องน้ำมันของผิวเราเองที่จะดันตัวรองพื้นออกมาจนมันหลุด หลายคนเจอปัญหาเวลาเย็นๆจะชอบมีหลุดตรงปลายจมูกด้วยนิดหน่อย ซึ่งกัสอะก็เจอบ้างวันไหนที่หน้ามันมากๆ แต่วิธีแก้ก็คือ ใช้ Primer วนไปจ่ะ ใช้แค่ตรงที่หน้าเรามันๆก็พอนะ ไม่ต้องทั่วหน้าก็ได้💕

สุดท้ายนี้ถามว่ารองพื้นตัวนี้ #เหมาะกับใคร? ก็จะตอบว่าไม่ว่าจะเป็นหนุ่มสาวออฟฟิศผิวมันหรือผิวแห้งก็ใช้ได้หมด เพราะเนื้อเขาไม่แห้งและให้ความขุ่มชื้นได้ดีมากๆเลยครับผม🤗

⭐️ Packeging - ก่อนเลย น้องมาเป็นขวด สูงชะลูด ฝาสีดำ ตูดแดงเป็นแก้มลิง วัสดุทำจากพลาสติกล้วนไม่มีแก้วผสม และที่สำคัญเป็นหัวปั้มด้วยนะ

⭐️ เนื้อสัมผัส - เป็นเนื้อน้ำที่เข้มข้น ไม่หนัก ไม่เบา เกลี่ยง่าย ซึมง่าย ไม่แห้งเร็ว ใช้ฟองน้ำ มือ หรือแปรงก็ได้หมด

⭐️ การปกปิดและคุมมัน - น้องปกปิดได้ปานกลางแต่บิ้วให้ปกปิดสูงได้ไม่ยาก คุมมันได้ดี ถ้าอยู่ห้องแอร์ทั้งวันซับแค่ 2-3 ทีก็โอเคแล้ว ติดทนประมาณนึงไม่ค่อยติดแมส

⭐️ Finish Matte - ที่ได้ จะเป็นแมตต์ แต่น้อยกว่า Armani ที่กัสเคยรีวิวไป ให้ฟิลงานผิวมากกว่า และให้ความเป็นธรรมชาติมากกกกกกก อันนี้เป็นจุดเด่นของเขาเลย

😥 ข้อควรระวัง - รองพื้นจะมีการ Oxidize สีจะเข้มขึ้นประมาณครึ่งเชดหลังปั้มออกมาประมาณ 2-3 นาที ในภาพที่ถ่ายอาจจะเห็นไม่ชัดขออภัยด้วยครับ แต่ข้อควรระวังมีแค่นี้ครับผม

It has been a year since I have been using this foundation on and off. And this video also has been recorded for months haha!
but I just found this footages a few days ago and it would be a waste without sharing the power of this Maybelline Fit Me Foundation with you guys.

I hope this DEMO would help you in any ways if you are considering to buy this foundation but still unsure about it. In this video, I will demonstrate wether this foundation covers my flaws ,redness, scars, uneven skin tone or not.

CON's
⌦ No pump so I tend to pour it excessively ;(
⌦ Oxidize. means that the foundation turns darker at the end of the day especially during hot sunny day. (I pakai time raya, petang muka i jadi kekelabuan) estimated duration. after 5-6hours
so I suka pakai foundation ni kalau i nak keluar sekejap2 je. 3-4 jam ja. dan bukan tengah hari merembang.
