When I was younger, I identified myself as an extrovert and based on those personality tests, I still am, but I'm less extroverted than I used to be. (The test said ESFJ-A, 65% extrovert only.) Is there such a thing as an introverted extrovert? Heh. I still enjoy being in company, I like people and I am, by nature, outspoken and loud. But my social battery is no longer at the work capacity it used to be at. I need time to recharge and be by myself after socialising, and I also enjoy being at home by myself doing my own things in my own company. Introverted extrovert, yes?

🔶 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬⁣ ⁣ 💬 Public speaking is definitely not my thing. And yes, I am an introvert who always need my quiet recovery time alone whenever I finish attending a social meeting / event 😳 ⁣ ⁣ ♥️ many told me that I love your work but I can’t speak like you. Truth is, I wasn’t born to do this either. It took me hell a lot of practice and effort to be in front, to be on stage , to even shoot a video, let alone , a live one ! ⁣ ⁣ 🤫 Introverts are usually people who are shy, reserved and quiet, well , the kind of personalities that people usually won’t relate to outspoken , successful business leader, geddit? ⁣ ⁣ 😬 Psst.... do u know that successful entrepreneurs like Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates & J.K. Rowling are introverts ? ☺️☺️☺️ ⁣ ⁣ 😎 So chest up fellow introverts ! If you are like me, fret not, and fear not to chase your dreams. ⁣ 💪🏼 Truth is, you can be an introvert and still be a confident problem solver and advisor! There’s no need to force yourself into a person you are not , and here’s my two cents on how to thrive in business being an introvert ❤️⁣ ⁣ ▶️ 𝐀𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐬⁣ - For example , Introverts are good listeners and observers. Amplify this strength and apply into mentoring. This can surely be useful in a business setting, especially in problem solvings. ⁣ ⁣ 👉 The problem with most people is they focus on what they don’t have , instead of focusing on what they have and good at. ⁣ We are not born to be good in everything, but that ain’t gonna kill us.
