A healthier (?) alternative to your usual waffles and ice cream, a scoop of acai + greek yogurt atop fragrant and buttery waffles✨The waffle was actually pretty crisp on the outside, dense and chewy on the inside which might make it a little heavy to stomach as an after-meal dessert but manageable shared amongst a few. The beef patty is super thick- had ours done medium well but i think i’d go for medium next time for a juicier and more tender patty. The first bowl that I ordered from The Brew Orchestra is Flame Grilled Beef Bowl. After trying this powerbowl, I’m hooked, ended up ordering for the whole week. It was SO GOOD! Quite spicy tho. My top 1 favourite would be the Atlantic Salmon Bowl . The Salmon is freakin huge sia! Super juicy and the skin is crispy, PERFECTION! The Buddha Bowl is amazing too!
