70kg x 4reps. Bar the first rep no sounds of the plates touching the floor 💪🏻 Pre pregnancy my max 2 rep was 80kg. Throughout pregnancy despite putting on 17kg & growing a 100cm+ circumference I had zero back pain. 10 months postpartum I’m just 10kg away from my old PR. Women & particularly Asian women (no offense but luckily I’m Asian too 😜) tend to worry about becoming bulky from lifting weights 🙄. I wanna roll my eyes back so hard I’ll probably fall back. Firstly you’d have to eat SO much & train SO much to get to that kinda “bulk”. Secondly who the fuck cares? The benefits of weight training outweigh all the superficial shit. But I know we like to care about the superficial shit too, I hear you. So lemme say that my booty is still 🍑 & from what I can see… I think my body is slammin! Slammin & strong. WHAT a combo.
