2.)ข้าวสาร 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
3.)วิตามินชี เชรั่มเข้มข้น 5-10 หยด
4.)น้ำเปล่า 500 มล.
วิธีทำ
1.)ล้างข้าวสารให้สะอาด เติมน้ำเปล่า ตั้งไฟกลาง นาน 10-15 นาที
ระหว่างต้มข้าว ควรคนข้าวตลอดเวลา จนข้าวสุก น้ำงวด ปิดไฟ
2.)นำข้าวต้มใส่ลงโถ เติมนมจืด ปั่นละเอียด
3.)พักให้เย็น เติมวิตามินชี ฯ ในปริมาณ พอเหมาะ
4.)ตักแบ่งใช้ ส่วนที่เหลือ ใส่กล่องปิดฝาใส่ตู้เย็นได้นาน 3-7 วัน หรือมีกลิ่นเปรี่้ยว

วิธีใช้
ใช้ได้ทุกคืน หลังล้างหน้าสะอาด ใช้ร่วมกับสำลี พอก ทา นวด เวลา 5-15 นาที
หรือใช้เวลาในการมาร์ก 20 นาที ล้างออก เช็ดหน้าพอหมาด บำรุงด้วยวิตชีเชรั่มเข้มข้น ทุกครั้งหลังใช้

White, clear, blemish-free formula, urgent, permanent, overnight Natural formula, white skin, clear face - Japanese rice milk formula @ strand by ml
raw materials
1.) 1 box of fresh milk
2.) 2 tablespoons of rice
3.) Vitamin Shea serum concentrate 5-10 drops
4.) Water 500 ml.
How to do
1.) Wash the rice thoroughly, add water, set the medium
heat for 10-15 minutes between boiling rice. The rice should be stirred all the time until the rice is cooked with water. Turn off the heat.
2.) Put the boiled rice into a bowl, add fresh milk, blended thoroughly.
3.) Let it cool. Add a suitable amount of vitamin C.
4.) Scoop, share the rest, put in a box, close the lid, put in the refrigerator for 3-7 days or have a good smell.

How to use
every night after washing your face clean. Use together with a cotton pad, massage for 5-15 minutes
or spend 20 minutes on the mask, rinse off, wipe the face dry. Nourished with concentrated Vitchie serum Every time after use
