「遲來的2020感謝文」

跟世界大多數人一樣，我的2020年一開始就發生了經營十年的FB帳號、粉專以及Instagram被盜且求救無門的慘事，對我們自營媒體人就像是自家的店舖發生火災、付之一炬一樣，而且十年的回憶、相片、對話被消失在這個世界上更是讓我上半年過得渾渾噩噩，除了因為疫情之故，收入瞬間剩不到1/3，重新弄帳號的事情也花了兩個多月。但多虧了許多好朋友的幫忙，下半年起色很多，也有很多新的計畫在跑，覺得充滿希望！🤩

首先感謝 露西亞咖啡 Café Rossiya 以及老闆伯南，讓我得以在週四的露西亞做jam session的host，算起來也差不多四年左右了，在露西亞的host雖然不是收入高的工作，但卻讓我認識了很多音樂上的夥伴，也因此得到很多機會，真的是由衷感謝！

再來就是成軍五、六年的 Lady & Knight - 女爵 ・ 騎士啦，爵士樂團粉專有一萬多讚真的很可以說嘴😂，雖然今年每個人都太成功，忙到翻掉沒時間排常態性演出，但偶爾合體還是有種熟悉的味道，2021一定會繼續演出多多。

這一年也繼續在運轉的爵士project就是 嚴爵 Yen-j ：爵式人生的爵隊4.0團隊！跟嚴爵越熟越發現他是一位真誠的人，而且對於公益活動也熱心不遺餘力，透過了他才了解到台灣有這麼多公益團體在默默的付出，感謝爵哥及鮪魚肚公司團隊的照顧！有空再去打個德州撲克XDDD

還有多年合作的Klaus，他應該是我看過對於經典西洋歌曲最熟的一位artist了，從鄉村、藍調、搖滾、流行到一點爵士樂，幾乎沒有難得倒Klaus的歌曲，跟著Klaus真的是完全補足了我對於這些風格歌曲的認識，可以彈吉他、鋼琴、貝斯並且自彈自唱超級誇張！還有James真的是完全的party薩克斯風手，超級會帶氣氛，有他在的場好熱鬧🤩

交大幫的雙雅PiA吳蓓雅以及范書雅 Shuya，同樣是交大出身奮鬥到現在的夥伴，偶爾合體玩一下，不只是音樂上的連結，更多的是那個初衷的情感連結，以及白手起家越戰越勇的扶持XDD，2021繼續加油！

因為疫情的關係，上半年開始跟 長笛姐姐Lily在文水藝文中心合作直播，邀了好多朋友一起來玩，也開始嘗試從大學時期一直很想玩但沒機會的動漫組合，因為這樣認識好多動漫圈有才的人，像是傳說中的SLS大大🤩，從一起玩音樂到合作影片再到直播（再到一起打電動），也超級佩服S大對於影片跟音樂製作的熟稔度！
今年三月的天氣之子演出也是很懷念，多虧了天氣之子後援會的幫忙，讓我們得以集結台灣人氣動漫YT一起合體，太有趣的經驗XDD
下半年九月開啟街頭表演嘗試，從最一開始的菜菜弱雞，到現在慢慢了解各個地方的生態，沒想到就演上癮一發不可收拾 XDDD，希望粉絲繼續投幣餵食我們XDD

感謝Swing Taiwan 社交舞與搖擺舞學校的夥伴以及Wade，原本上半年就要開始的「星期五的詹喜森」project 因為疫情而延到九月才開始，但ST團隊真的非常給力，把行政跟周邊都處理得好好的，活動辦的超級有質感！謝謝ST給我這個機會肩負起host的任務！也感謝被我抓來玩的樂手朋友— 平常讓我蹭的小尾巴還有好朋友Li Liu 劉俐！

新的一周大家好❤，今天這盤酪梨牛肉沒有很美，但是很好吃！老公超愛的🥰 這就來介紹給大家。

◾因為老公是個無肉不歡的正港男子漢
( 🤣讓我笑一下🤣 )
而我是個喜歡吃酪梨、也必須吃酪梨的女子🙈，所以這道菜就此在我家餐桌上誕生。

◾之前好友私下詢問我酪梨的食譜，為了她來好好筆記這道菜的做法。

Nodus: fried the slices garlic good .

<做法如下>

▪材料：
牛肉粒/beef
羽衣甘藍/kale
酪梨/avocado
蘋果/apple
蒜頭/garlic
黃金烤肉醬/Ebara Gold Barbecue Sauce

▪做法：
① 將牛肉粒用 #黃金烤肉醬 醃漬。
Marinated the beef cubes with Ebara Gold Barbecue Sauce.※1.
② 羽衣甘藍洗淨切段、酪梨切塊、蘋果去籽切片泡鹽水、蒜頭切片備用。
Cut kale into sections. Cut avocado into small cubes. Sliced apple and garlic.
③ 冷鍋冷油，將蒜片一片片不重疊的放入冷油裡，再開小火慢慢炸，蒜片一變色就夾起來放在瀝網或餐巾紙上，在旁一片片不重疊瀝乾。炸蒜片的油充滿蒜香，可以另外撈起，未來炒菜或拌麵使用。※2.
Fried the garlic: Cold oil in cold pan, put sliced garlic in oil but dont stacked each other. Fried by small fire. Take it from the pan as soon as the color changes.
④ 準備好食材、炸好蒜片，這時牛肉也差不多醃漬好了，直接使用③的鍋子隨意炒牛肉，不用多洗一次鍋子，炒至自己喜歡的熟度。
Fried the marinated beef. You can direct used the pan which just fried garlic.
⑤ 炒好的牛肉粒與羽衣甘藍、酪梨、蘋果片拌在一起，再灑上蒜片就完成了～不用像我那樣擺盤也一樣好吃的！
Mix all the ingredients with beef, done!
<< tips >>
※1. 我使用簡易真空法醃漬，如IG影片5/10，只需要夾鏈袋、一盆水就可以做到類真空效果；放冷藏醃漬大約20分鐘，就可以入味。真空醃漬可以讓醃料更平均地與肉的每個表面接觸，讓肉的醃漬更平均入味。Vacuum to marinated are more fast(about 20min) and evenly. There a easy way to do like vacuum as the video 5/10.
※2. 炸蒜片別等到金黃才夾起，餘溫會使蒜片加熱過頭而焦掉。Garlic don't fried to the gold color, will going to burned and blackened after taking out.
※3. 不喜歡吃全生菜的朋友，也可以將羽衣甘藍在牛肉快起鍋前放入拌炒。You can also add kale to fried if you don't like to have raw kale.
※4. 重口味的朋友可以多淋一點醬料喔！Add more sauce is ok.

◾這道料理我做了好幾次，期間也第一次使用了國產酪梨，發現國產酪梨很好吃耶！唯一缺點就是好大顆，都用不完。羽衣甘藍與蘋果可以讓這道菜的口感更加清爽喔！請務必要加！沒有羽衣甘藍可以用其他生菜替代。應友人要求，附上英文食譜，一定有文法、拼字錯誤🙈。

◾食譜中使用的黃金烤肉醬，現在在全聯特惠中。8/28-9/24兩瓶只要178元。有這瓶萬用醬料，真的隨便料理、隨便都好吃。今天介紹的這道料理包含醃漬、炒、沾，都使用它。
甘口更有水果蜂蜜味。
中辛的蒜味多一點，辣度可能只有小小孩吃的出來，所以嗜辣的朋友要自己加辣椒喔。

Hi. sundial and survive a day at the seashore wilderness this is our latest video. In this video we created a clay solar clock and lived in the wilderness. We use survival skills to catch shrimps, fish, oysters, Horseshoe crabs. We caught two Horseshoe crabs and released them to the ocean. A sundial is a device that tells the time of day when there is sunlight by the position of the Sun in the sky. In the narrowest sense of the word, it consists of a flat plate (the dial) and a gnomon, which casts a shadow onto the dial. As the Sun appears to move across the sky, the shades align with the different hour-lines, which are marked on the dial to indicate the time of day. Gnomon, mà có một điểm giới thiệu hoặc nodus có thể được dùng. The gnomon casts a broad shadow; shades of style show the time. The gnomon may be a rod, wire, or elaborately decorated metal casting. The style must be parallel to the axis of the Earth's rotation for the sundial to be accurate throughout the year. In a broader sense, sundial is any device that uses the Sun's altitude or azimuth (hoặc cả hai) để hiển thị thời gian. In addition to their time-telling function, sundials are valued as decorative objects, literary metaphors, and objects of mathematical study.
