Dr Wallis真係好有心機寫，
非常詳細。
睇完雖然我都唔係太明，
直頭發現自己的生物知識等於零 😅
完全只係識有個器官叫做「腎」。。。
同膀胱&尿有關，
聽得最多的係「腎衰竭」、「腎虧」、「洗腎」等。。。
中醫學角度就聽得最多是「腎水不足」，
不過如何fit in個系統呢？ 😅
對Y先生個腦裝的知識又多一份appreciation和好奇了。
我問他點解d人會發現到ga,
他話用顯微鏡會見到d腎單元nephron過濾蛋白質的過程。
腎仲同其他器官有好多關連。
面對咁複雜的結構。。。
我都唔知點解他會識同記得 🙈

The calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR) can detect small changes in serum calcium levels and feeds back to modulate parathyroid hormone secretion to elicit appropriate biological responses in different tissues. In this Review, Daniela Riccardi and Giovanna Valenti describe the localization of the CaSR within the nephron and outline its differential functions in different nephron segments.
